I bought two pants and they didn't have the tags on but I had my receipt and the tags in the shopping bag and they told me they couldn't return it because it didn't have the tags, I called the manager and it was the worst experience I've ever had, she didn't Listen and I was packing the return in my bag to get out of me faster, I know about customer service because that's what work and good service is never forgotten, just as much as a bad experience omg is frustrating.

I’ve had some great experiences but the miserable rude girl at the register who told me I couldn’t return brand new pants, because tags were pulled off and in the pocket, lied.I called customer service and they sent me a shipping label to return them.

Be prepared to wait a loooooonnnnnng time for a dressing room as it's not monitored and potential customers wait for the someone to open the locked doors. As previous reviews says, staff is not very friendly nor do they greet you. You'll need try to fairly hard to locate one to help you with availability and sizing.

The clothes were too preppy for my normal style but I did see a sweatshirt I kinda liked. It was a bit too pricey for something I wasn't totally in love with however the quality was rather nice. My reason for giving this three stars isn't about my taste in clothes though. I felt like it was kinda dark inside and I didn't get that welcoming vibe. Almost like I wasn't invited in and shouldn't be there.

I'm not even fat by mens standards but I overheard staff saying nothing would fit me. Sorry I'm not a bulimic anemic boney soy boy. Maybe train staff to not be demeaning if management isn't completely incompetent??
