My mom died THREE years ago. They still insist on sending donations wanted mail to my house I have gone to the church with her death certificate and have called on the phone so many times BUT STILL GET HER MAIL. I would not donate to them if they were the last needy place on earth. Id give zero stars if they had them.

I’m so horrified to learn of one of your bell ringers at Walmart cat calling a young teen as they passed by with their family. Even more horrified that, instead of addressing the complaint by this youngsters family, your organization blocked the mother from your page. I’ve long heard about the way your organization treats minorities, lgbtq folks, and women but now you are allowing and supporting your staff who behave in such a way in front of a popular local store. Looks like one more reason not to support the Salvation Army.

I will never donate again nor frequent the Rochester store after reading of your deleting the comment of a fine person who informed you her young daughter was cat called by a bell ringer at Walmart recently. Her story will be shared by me after you failed to address her concerns.

Lady in front of me picking up gifts for her children and then got 2 tables and stocking stuffers to pick from for non related child not even in her household... I asked and got one toy and yelled at not once but twice ... If policy is grandparent day tomorrow fine but that lady was not even in sane family got bags full zero hassle not for her own children

There seems to be a large group of people camping behind the church. Not to mention that there's a group of individuals who park outside of the church and run a needle exchange program.

I did my community service at this worship center and was very pleased with the kind outgoing staff there ... Elizabeth was tgecwoman I reported to each morning andcshecwas always suoercnucecandcwent out of her way to be sure iwas ok and that I didntvneed food water or anything elsectgar was in her capacity of accommodating. With that said I givec4 stars to thecworshop center mainly on the exterior grounds upkeep and curbside appeal... I was mowing the lawn and the grass was knee high aroundxtge entire place... Of course I love to mow and string trim sobtbis was quite fun for me and I Lso had a hand full of passer by people that stopped and thanked me for the excellent work and groundkeeping I was doing ... Infact one man stopped and said "you Recdoing a great job the place has not looked this good in years!!!" I knew I was doing a good job but ibdidntvrealize it was neglected to this degree for such a long period... Anyway I was pleased to do thecworship centers grounds and make them the curbside Ppeal thT mNy of the residents remembered and longer to see again including Elizabeth herself ... She mentioned bon several occasions how I was doing a great job and how pleased zhecwas to see the grass mowedcand the property looking up to par I would be pleades2 to do the lawn and grounds qqq
