I had a great experience working with Shannen! I wanted a used Prius that had a backup cam, and I was able to get a 2015 prius that met all my specifications. The process was very smooth. I was greeted quickly after I walked in, I sat down and told her what I was looking for, she told me about a couple of cars they had and then showed me the one I wanted. I put down a deposit and got my car soon after.
Shannen was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. I smile every time I see my car!

Nick Bertsimas was so helpful and amazing! I hunted for a vehicle all day yesterday which led to a terrible experience at other dealerships. My first stop this morning was Toyota of Rochester and it was the best decision I made! Nick was so kind and patient with me. I finally found my vehicle and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!!

Purchased a $50k car brand new Blatantly lied to me about the AllState Theft Deterrent being required to purchase a new car from them. When I asked for my money back after learning that it is not required (according to the AllState paperwork), they tried to bribe me to give them 5 stars for my money back. Paint had scratches and residue baked into it from the protective shipping materials, had to pay my detailer extra to get it out when he did my ceramic coating. I also requested that the front bumper did not have holes drilled in it, they said it did not and that the front plate mount just "mounts in the grille." I took it off after I purchased the car, and there were 4 holes drilled in it. I'd figure on a $50k enthusiast car they would take better care of it.

Very disappointed in the service department!!! Dropped my truck off today to have them fix my truck. There was a clunking noise from behind the rear passenger seat when I went over bumps. (The truck is two months old there shouldn’t be any noise from it.) They never took it for a test drive.How do you troubleshoot a problem without taking it for a test drive? Not sure what to do about it now….. not happy

I had a great experience working with Steeve. He was very professional, and seemed to truly care about what made the most sense for me. I asked tons of questions and he was willing to answer them all! Jeff who did my trade appraisal was also great to work with. He made sure I understood everything completely. I will be back to Rochester Toyota!

Everyone there is super nice, helpful and felt they understood my situation and made my experience amazing considering the circumstances. Shannen Sweeney is truly the best, we highly recommend her, and both Jeff and Tyler the finance managers helped smooth the process over perfectly so all parties were happy. My lease was due and I took the southern NH tour of four Toyota dealerships. Magee in Epping, McGovern in Portsmouth, Dube in Dover and the last being Rochester Toyota. Without getting to all the negative things with the first three dealerships, Rochester was the best! My salesperson Nick offered me everything I asked for, gave me the best deal on the value of my old lease car, got the monthly payment down to affordability. My wife and I went to check out the new tundras, we were pleasantly greeted outside by CARTER DORE. Carter was nothing but professional honest and pleasant to deal with during our first new car purchase.
