The new guy and his wife are extremely nice. However they need to learn how to place orders when there low not out for 5 days been waiting on a certain cigar type and still no avail. I recently took the list to the city and they will be ordering plenty of them.Sorry jays? I'm all done 3 stars is for kindness.

I absolutely love this store and its owner. He's a very pleasant individual. I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly conversation. Cigarette smoking, unfortunately, is a thing in my life. This store makes that habit very, very affordable, which is amazing for my budget to say the least. This store has everything from vapes to bowls and its just awesome! ?

This is the worst place since Mike left person working in there over charges and it's straight disrespectful and rude to all his customers well from what I see and he's very mean don't go by prices that are marked and kicked my baby brother out of the store because she was hyper

Not Handicapped accessable. Entrance has dilapidated broken cement step and no railings. Clerk was pleasant and helped me buy a Logic Ecig but didn't give me a receipt.It was expired so didn't work. I tried to return it and the clerk was angry. Told me that they don't sell them. If I had a receipt he would refund my money.This happened in front of other customers. As one was helping me leave, he said it happens all the time.

If I could give a -5 I would! I use to go here all the time as the employee is always nice to me. The moment I had a issue with a item he choose to be rude and started talking over me. Then another employee came over and continue to talk over me and I was wrong my issue wasn’t of there concern. At the end of all of them yelling at me I finally got my exchange I asked for because they wanted me to leave the store. Never again will I shop at jays! Worse place ever… I will go back to the city for all needs. Was trying to support a small business during the pandemic however they are just plain rude.

First Off let me say up till today I did love this store I constantly am in there buying Vapes the other day the clerk sold me on a new brand and I bought 3 of them and the first one ran out when I picked up the other two they were dead mind you the clerk had me open in these in the store and try them so the batteries ended up dying and we brought them back to get the two that were dead that I never got to use to get new unopened ones and they argued that we couldn't do that and the clerk lied and said he never opened them up and had me try them and then told my wife she's not allowed in the store anymore this is the worst customer service I've ever had don't go there for there overpriced stuff there $35 vapes are $23 everywhere else and the $10 vapes are $8 everyone else seriously go to the city for whatever you need
