It’s a dollar tree to say the least it’s a pretty big one it has a lot of products and as a guest it is very cheap, so if you’re looking for something that you can use for about 10 minutes without it breaking this is a good place.

If i could give Dollar Tree a negative I would. I ordered online and only option was to ship to store. Received confirmation email my order arrived. Visited store and was told my order was no where to be found. Called customer service and they refused refund based on order status. Called store 2 days later and still no merchandise that I ordered. Again called customer service and was told again call in 2 days. Called today and again refused my refund. Was then told the truck driver may have damaged the item and not reported or delivered to wrong store. Dollar Tree has hijacked my $30 and finally had to dispute the charge with my bank. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Thank you PayPal for the refund as Dollar Tree had no intentions of refunding my money!

Going in this place is like being in a TV episode of hoarders. It's items are thrown everywhere. No type of order in store of any sort. The store is down right deplorable. Clean it up. Send a district manager out to see the shape this store is in. Hordesville. Yuck.

Not like it use to be a couple years ago. It's unorganized, things are thrown anywhere, with boxes left stacked up in aisles. Items on the floor that have been stepped on and look like they have been sitting there for a while. It just looks very dirty and unorganized. They definitely had a change in management.

Calling the store tonight to ask a couple questions about some items they might have possibly have and the manager who claims to be the manager refuses to give me his name argues with me for several minutes and I asked him if he can politely tell me his name he asks me continuously what my problem is if there's any issue he can help me with and I just ask him I would just like to know your name so I could ask you a few questions so he refuses to still give me his name and I told him I'm going to call corporate and kind of got abrupt with me I don't think that this is a manager understandably he has an accent so I could not understand what he was saying to me as his name I believe it started with an r I kept hearing Rock... Maybe Rick when I asked he was again really rude I guess I won't be shopping here as we were just going to buy a bulk of items for our Christmas parade in July as well as fun things for grab bags we were willing to spend about 2 to $300 shame on you Dollar tree

The manager of this store, Raj, is a thief and underpays his employees. He tells them he is hiring and paying them $14 but when you get your check he pays you $10. He is a liar and a cheat. His store is absolutely disgusting and when offered to help organize and clean he says its not important. I literally had to file in small claims court now to get the money the store owes me.

The regular manager is super friendly. So isn't the man who works there but staff during the day lately. Younger manger and plain Jane older woman, aren't as welcoming or friendly. Even as a regular customer in the store I didn't feel welcome today and feel they were short when speaking to delivery driver and myself at checkout.

I have gone to this store for years. They are always friendly..the problem is...how absolutely dirty it has become. I feel horrible saying it's dirty but facts are facts. The place is filthy... They need to invest in this location and clean it up...it seems like no one cares to have it at least organized. I will drive to the Epping location from now on just because it is so clean and organized.
