The pizza was delicious and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. We sat at the bar before our show at the Music Hall. Unfortunately the bartender was inpatient, and quite rude to us and that tainted our experience.

Cocktails were great and a nice selection. The dinner meals didn't come together. I'm not sure why you would bring out meals 10 minutes apart. I'm glad we didn't opt for the 5 course restaurant week option.My meal was good but not warm enough. The other meal was okay minus the truffle fries, which were over seasoned.

Arrived early. Sat at bar. Ordered white wine and a dirty martini. Wine was barely filled to 4oz. Martini had old olives. Ordered an appetizer of hummus and chips. Flavorless and boring. Order a Margherita pizza. Disgusting...watery sauce..old cheese. No basil....under cooked and flavorless. Bartenders had shirts untucked. Music was loud as hell and place was dirty.

Great informal place for a quick bite or more. Limited menu featuring interesting, tasty foods. A good drinks menus, and the wines are decent. Good bread! Cloth napkins! I like the place and will be going back, frequently.

Food selection is great. Five course selection is fun for two - might add an app or additional desert. Get a front window seat if possible - people watching in the square is great. Staff is so pleasant and helpful

The food was amazing the French fries were the best as well as the chicken Parmesan the vide of this place was cool and and a fun time.

A very mediocre experience after high expectations for this attractive, beautifully located place. Pasta was undercooked (and I do like Al dente), sauces were uninteresting. Biggest disappointment was the doughy ‘pizza.' Which had very little topping and was just plain boring.

Visited for the weekend and the food here was the best we had in Portsmouth. Very surprised to see so many negative reviews about the food. Shrimp scampi was very flavorful. Only complaints are that water wasn’t refilled and literally everything came out at once (drinks, salad and entree). Would have preferred the drinks first followed by salad then entree….but overall it was a good experience and food was excellent!

A busy night meant our reservation was not accommodated. The communication at hostess station was inconsistent. We then waited 20+ minutes or so for table. We were seated and waited another 10+ minutes for water service and drink order. We had to ask hostess to get someone to come to table to assist. Waitress assigned to our table was not happy and was a bit rude in her presentation. Ultimately, the food was tasty but one pasta order was served cold. Disappointing experience.

NY Italian Panini was as the reviews say, too much bread and not enough meat, peppers and flavor. However the raspberry cheesecake was very food as was the service from Sophie. I'd probably eat here again as the plates of all of my coworkers looked really good. Risotto and shrimp scampi looked good.
