Good spot for cheap tools. I wouldn't necessarily use for things your life depends on, but good enough for jobs where good enough is ok.

Something untoward is happening at Harbor Freight Tools.
I return an unused and unopened tool (see pic of receipt), and they will not refund the price without getting my personal information and requesting my driver's license ID number. The final insult is charging 20% as a restocking fee. Please, keep in mind that the package was never opened.
I will contact the New Hampshire and Maine Attorney Generals to open an inquiry into these untoward practices. I'll repost with updates.

Cheap and not so cheap tools. I don't mind getting cheap tools here, but I wouldn't buy expensive tools here from the same brands that make the cheap tools. They always get you with the Insider's Club pricing too. I don't like those psy-ops deals
