My husband and I had our taxes done by Anne’s office for two years. This year, I needed an extension because I just had a baby, so they required a $75 fee. We paid it and when I told them a proposed date that I would be getting the information over to them, she told me I had to find someone else to prepare my taxes. This is all after I took the time to fill out their questionnaire and pay them. I asked her to please make an exception this year as I have a newborn and do not have time to find someone else and she refused. I also asked for a recommendation and haven’t heard from her since. Terrible customer service and very disappointed to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend her services to anyone.

My mother was having health issues and we were late in submitting her taxes. We paid the IRS by the deadline and were asked if we wanted a hard copy or email for her return. That was the last communication from Anne’s office to us. The next thing we heard from Anne was that my mother’s tax return has not been submitted and that we are being dropped for lack of communication. They dropped the ball tried to put the onus on us. Terrible customer service.

My family used Anne and her team for years. They were fine.But the last couple years was not good.The straw that broke the camels back was when they made a mistake with my mom‘s taxes. They insisted on charging her $75 fee to help fix their mistake. When we objected, they said they would not submit her completed tax return until we paid the $75. Not happy, we paid the $75. They had us.Then a month later they refunded the $75 and admitted it was a mistake. Just terrible customer service.I had a similar event occur with my taxes as well.
