This place was the second most horrible Hotel experience I've ever had. The pictures are not accurate. There was an unrepaired outlet in my bathroom, the pool was closed off, I received absolutely no turndown service even after staying there for a week, and i didnt get a picture of it but the apples in the fridge for the continental breakfast were spoiled until they changed them out almost a week later. As i said no turndown so no fresh linens all week and when I ran out of toilet paper I had to go down to the front desk and request it. I travel for my job and and travel is part of my compensation package so when I say this you can know that I am not being facetious or exaggerating for effect when I say you quite literally could not pay me to stay at this hotel again.

Filthy stinky old room. I booked for 2 nights but only stayed one night. I did not even bother to ask for a refund. Just got the heck out of there...

Got a room with a hot tub in it Wicked nice I got the Prescott Park Suite beautiful rum good price but there was rips in the shade and there was no batteries in the remote in one room and couldn't get the TV to work in another and there were two lights with blown bulbs other than that great room

so first we reserved our room through a popular hotel app, it stated online that there was a pool, and pet friendly (I have a dog). we got to the hotel and the upfront desk worker tells my father dogs are not aloud here, and tried telling my dad to pay again and that he had booked with a master card when that wasn't the case, it was booked and paid for the day before. so we got into our hotel room and it was 80 degrees. I don't know if you guys are like me but that temperature after moving all our stuff was unbearable. and then we found a rotting orange and a chewed on lollipop stick that my dog had gotten a hold of, and could have choked on. I don't mind the rude service as much or the temp of the room but rotting food and trash is disgusting and lazy. would not recommend this place!

Very disappointed in management. We could live with the renovation but after finding a bed bug on my pillow, it really freaked us out. After showing the bug to Darcy at the front desk, she assured me that Lisa would call us when she returned to work. After a week, I called the hotel and talked to Darcy again and was told again that she would have Lisa call us. Never heard a thing. We were there with a family group of about 20 people. It would of been nice to have received something, not necessary a free night but at least a call back from the manager. Looks like last time we go there.

It's under renovation so the rooms are being worked on. To be fair our room was extremely clean and the king bed a joy. Best sleep ever. They are the friendliest people ever! Extremely accommodating. Nice breakfast. Easy on/off I-95

After reading other reviews I almost cancelled First off yes there is construction and hallways are definitely in need of an update but rooms were clean bathroom clean and updated and it was quiet Continental breakfast in lobby it was clean small variety of options and coffee was hot would definitely stay there again

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this hotel. We checked into our room and the smell of mold was overwhelming. I had a horrible headache and had a hard time breathing. We were literally there two minutes and they refused to refund our money. They would only give us a different room. There was no way I was staying at that hotel. Stay far far away horrible customer service.Rooms: Terrible musty, mold, smell to the point of causing me to have difficulties breathing

Dirty carpets, marijuana smell,room walls and headboards were damaged, torn paint,furniture very used,window crank arms broken,pricey for a rundown establishment.

This hotel is being renovated and I encourage people to be patient.I believe that when renovations are completed, this hotel will be a lovely and very comfortable place to stay. The manager was warm and welcoming when we arrived, and even suggested a place where we could walk our dog in the neighborhood. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had plenty of towels. Give this place some time.Rooms: The room and bathroom was very clean, plenty of towels and hot water.

Room smell really bad brought our own air freshener. Breakfast was minimal to say least. It was so bad that my nephew who loves waffles Said they were so dry that whenever he put syrup on them that it would just soak in and he’s 10. We wound up going out for breakfast. The beds felt hard and there were bugs in bathroom. Lady working was on her phone entire time in breakfast area. No pool and being renovated I would stay away.
