3 stars. Not because of customer service as Carol has been beyond helpful, prompt and accommodating. I give 3 stars because I feel they are a bit overpriced to not be temp controlled. Especially when there's the same thing, just a little further down on Tenney Mountain Highway that's 1/2 the price for same size unit.

I honestly have never experienced such great, accommodating services. I have utilized several storage companies in the plymouth/campton area but All Purpose beats them hands down. I highly recommend this business. Carol specifically has been the most amazing person to work with, she's the best. Great job to you and thank you for being so kind and professional.

I needed a storage unit last minute in March of 2015. Carol has been very kind, compassionate, and understanding over the last 8.5 years! This is a great location for storage, and the only reason we cleaned out was due to the majority of the stuff being stored being garbage (unseeded and not necessary to keep paying for a unit to store stuff we will never use). I highly recommend them for your storage needs!

The customer experience was very easy and the customer support was lovely: I called, asked for a storage unit, got a quick confirmation and digital agreement, showed up on the date of move-in with a lock, and moved right in, without ever seeing anyone in person. The unit was open for me and clean when I arrived. And, since I spoke with the manager and mentioned my estimates move-out date, I received a text near the end of our contract to ask if I was still moving out at the estimated time. It was great. So, so easy!

This place is an awesome place for storage unit plus a paved driveway the only difference they need is all purpose storage app on playstore app on smartphone and a new fancy all purpose storage sign for customers coming in.....it would make the property look great...
