Went here for a replacement phone after destroying my old Google pixel 6 pro. Went in and spoke with Ludwin. He was very helpful in getting me a great deal. Got a new promo phone for no cost. Very happy with th result and spent less than an hour in total there. Great experience will always go back.

Don't go here. Order online or go to an actual corporate Verizon store.Sales woman was pushy and rude. I get they have a job to do and respect trying for an upsell, but she got progressively annoyed and more rude every time I said no to something she wanted to sell me for a new phone.I already purchased a case and screen protector beforehand, I simply told her I was all set and it was clear she was unhappy with me.She ended up telling me there was a $40 "activation fee" which I assumed was from verizon. But it turns out that this is just for them to transfer my data, which is as simple as clicking a few buttons. If she had actually explained my options and what I was being charged for, I would have declined and set it up myself. What a scam.After I deduced this was a charge for them doing the transfer, I asked for a manager and explained I was frustrated with how I was being treated. He seemed completely unphased. I got my refund and set up the phone myself, but the least he could do is apologize for his rude employee.

I meant to write this a year ago but I don't think I ever did! Last year, I bought my new iPhone from Ronnie at this location. I hadn't had a new phone in over 5 years. I was a little nervous and unsure about making a big change and purchase, but Ronnie walked me through everything and I never felt pressured to buy. Their computers were running a bit slow that day, so while we waited, we had great conversations about west coast food! Even after all the time helping me, I accidentally asked for the wrong color of iPhone and felt really bad to make him re-do some things. But Ronnie helped me fix that order and made sure I got the exact one I wanted. Oh, and he also helped me save money on my current phone plan! He is the best and I super recommend this location! I still use this phone and I love it.
