Grilled some leg of lamb steaks we picked up from Sunny Fields Farm in Peterborough today. They came out amazing. The flavor and tenderness of the meat is nothing like store bought. It was better than I had imagined! I'm so excited to try out all the other meats we got from them.Alanna gave us a grand tour of the farm and even got to help her move the sheep from the pasture. Her passion and commitment for those animals is unrivaled. Its a beautiful facility with beautiful animals and look forward to going back next weekend.Thank you all so much !

We havent purchased anything, but hope to soon. We drive past this farm twice a day- they do such a wonderful job of rotating their livestock, the animals look like they are wonderfully cared for!

I had the pleasure of visiting Sunny Fields Farm a few weeks ago. I met Alanna for the first time and I learned very quickly that she is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the farm and her lambs. The ewes and lambs are extremely well cared for and are fed choice grain and food to ensure the best meat.We have purchased both beef and lamb. We purchased filet (my favorite) and the top loin. In spite of filet generally being my favorite cut, the top loin was absolutely amazing. It was extremely tender and the flavor was far and above what I expected! I HIGHLY recommend it!I have tried lamb (from the grocery store) many times and have never liked it. My partner bought a lamb shoulder roast and cooked it with sundried tomatoes and herbs. It was absolutely delicious! It was tender, lean, flavorful and moist. Very mild flavor and not gamey at all.I HIGHLY recommend Sunny Fields Farm! If you don't visit, you are missing out!

The owners are very knowledgeable and caring, and very welcoming to their farm. The love given to their lambs and the quality of the meat is beyond amazing. We have purchased a leg of lamb as well as lamb stew meat and both have been beyond tender and delicious. We will definitely be visiting the farm store on a regular basis.Five stars hands down from knowledge to service to the quality of meat.
