Called first thing in the am to find out if they could fix a tire with an embedded screw in it. They had an appt available that morning and I was in and out in about 20 min. So much better than going to a local “chain”. Support local family businesses!

I have a 2019 jeep Rubicon four-door… Purchased tires from town fair in Concord, 37 x 12.50R 17, when Tires arrived town fair said they could not install them. My sister told me about DRC automotive, and went over and Met Don, he took my jeep in to his shop, removed one tire confirmed he could install the new ones, so I brought the new tires to him, he installed them incredibly quick, perfectly balanced at a great price… On that day I also met his dad, Dan, and their new chocolate lab mascot Toby. This is a true family owned business that actually care about customer service And people in general. I am only here visiting from out west, (NV) no questions. If I lived here, they would be 100% my automotive service center. Thank you, Don, Dan and all the employees. I’d give you guys a 10 if I could.

Since our regular place is no longer in business we made several attempts to try and get an inspection sticker (every place was booked), I decided to try DRC Automotive and so glad I did. I was able to make an appointment right away. This is my new go to. Very kind and easy to talk to. Thank you!

We had a big problem that needed a quick fix. Check engine light was on and engine wasn't running warm enough. Needed a new coolant control valve. And, ideally, needed it done before the weekend. After checking with the dealership and other local garages, a friend recommended DRC. Went in on a Tuesday to make an appointment and had it scheduled, diagnosed and done all on Thursday of the same week. Tremendous work done by this team. Very professional duo, Dan and Don are.

Extremely nice people to work with, excellent communication, great shop, and should you need to wait for your vehicle, the waiting room is large and very comfortable. On more than one occasion DRC has been able to squeeze one of my vehicles or another into their schedule for smaller things on very little notice, which has saved my hectic schedule as the owner of a small local construction company, and is very much appreciated. “Highly recommend.”

Good, fast, HONEST local auto repair/inspection shop. Took it in for new brakes last year and I barely got home before they called to say the brakes were fine and I’d get another six months out of them. Who does that?
Place is clean and tidy, restroom for public use is SPOTLESS and everyone who works there is polite and helpful.
Won’t go anywhere else.
