Worst car wash ever. My car does not looked washed after leaving there at all. The wash had very little pressure and does very little prewash or rinse. I would give it no stars if I could still leave this review that way. Don't pay for this!!

Buyer Beware!! Paid $16 for their best wash("Rainex Purrfect")to leave my automobile full of soap. Did not even do all the steps that were stated, so probably gave me the cheapest wash they had instead. Could not even feel the undercarriage wash. Then had to spend additional time and money to clean off all the residue, thus this was worse than a waste of money, as it cost me more. This is the worst automatic car wash I have been to in my 55 years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Please save yourself the money, time lost, and aggravation/frustration. Hope this prevents you from the same. I wish to get a refund for this poor experience on 2/5/2024 at 11:27:29 am.
Update: they at least refunded my money, and offered a free wash, that I did not take for obvious reasons. Thank you for reading.

Paid for the best wash. Undercarriage wash was weak. The wash only did 3 passes and left my car with suds all on the roof. I ended up going to another wash to get the car cleaned. After contacting the car wash, they said they would refund the cost and get me a coupon for a free wash. I never received any credit, nor was I ever contacted back. I won't be going back to this wash. Biddeford or Rochester have far, far better washes. North Conway actually has a fantastic new car wash I would recommend.

This is the first and the last time I will go to this car wash. I used self-service car wash; the water was cold, and no soap came out of the nozzle. Waste of money!

This place just keeps going down!!Went there yesterday and used a soap brush and got TAR on my Car?Maybe ask the old owner how to RUN the place???!! Hmmmm

It was my first time at top cat and I was very happy with the wash, my car came out very clean in the no touch wash.
