It's okay, I guess. They usually don't have exactly what you need, but something that might be close. Let's be honest, it has always been a decent show room for stuff you can buy more conveniently on Amazon.

Worst experience I've ever had at bestbuy, including going on black Friday. Staff was walking around aimlessly while customers waited. Took 15 minutes to get someone to come to the order pichup counter, then my ready in an hour order wasn't picked after 2 hours. My excellent condition open box item wasn't even fitting of the good conditions criteria. Not to mention that it wasn't even functioning! So from regular staff to geek squad all failed in my visit and I would not recommend this location from my experience. Not to mention that my purchase was criticized when I was returning it, even knowing that it was their own coworker that was supposed to have inspected it and assured it's functionality.

This store is okay. Inventory is a mess and similar items are kept in seemingly random places around the store. Frequently the mobile desk is unstaffed. I purchased a fridge here less than a year ago and scheduled delivery with the salesperson in the store. The delivery day came and went with no fridge. Apparently the store couldn't schedule the delivery as requested and cancelled it without any notification.

Ordered a phone online and picked it up at the store later that same day. Works well and price was reasonable. Employees were helpful friendly.

What has happened to the brick and mortars. This place is like a dead zone now. Too bad, in its hay day, you could find anything you wanted, now you have to wait to get half the stuff shipped.

Went to research hearing aids, asked for help but limited information unless you scan QR code. Went to find QR codes as I didn't see them. Clerk pointed to the next to floor. I am an 80 yo man who had to get to my knees to scan QR codes hidden under a shelf. Totally bad merchandising layout without thought of customers like me, however great for ensuring frustration in having to keep crawling between the obscured prices and QR codes to do my own research.

My wife and I are traveling north to Maine for vacation. In our travels we stopped at this store to have our iPhone screen protectors replaced. One had a small scratch and the other was a spiderweb?️. Jeff was awesome! He has a wonderful easy going way about him. And a great sense of humor too!! What a professional, Best Buy’s is lucky to have him.

They advertised a big weekend sale. We were shopping for a counter microwave. They showed lots of choices on the website, but had very few. And almost none on sale.

Second issue with geek squad scheduling
Store manager says “you need an appt” pull-up appt said they can’t because we checked in at 1:42 not 1:40 but only because they were standing there doing nothing when we stood there since 1:35 then they said we can’t fix your phone because someone is going home and they can’t stay. We had an appt! Meanwhile manager says I’m the issue ? if it’s your scheduling app fix it but don’t refuse service that we booked because you want to home and then blame us for being irritate - deal with your app instead of complaining - manager called cops because he said I was loud, yeah I am loud, I’m loud when I’m happy, sad and mad I have tone and hearing issues - when cops arrived they said (in less words) it was the dumbest call they had all day and that Best Buy calls them for everything

Stopped in to get an estimate for mounting 65" Samsung TV over the fireplace. Keep in mind, I bought the TV at Best Buy 3 months ago. $250 to set up and mount the TV on the wall. But I don't need it set up, just mounted. Too bad. That's the price, with or without set up. An additional $130 over the fireplace. Why? Because some people have stone. etc. over the fireplace. But I don't. Just plain old sheetrock and studs like any other wall. Tough - if it's over a fireplace, that's what we charge. If it's a gas fireplace, there will be an additional charge to look for possible gas line. Oh, and about $100 for a mount. Total $480+. No, Best Buy will not be mounting this TV or any TV I own in the future.
