Have not provided me with tracking information or any information about where my pets meds are other than the fact that are being shipped through sure post, I’m quite concerned they will not provide tracking information as my cat is running low and Christmas is near plus sure pots gets transferred to post office which is pretty much non existent here do to weather and staffing- so now I’m waiting for the vet to respond prior to their vacation to hope I can get some meds to tide me over til whenever these meds show up if at all.

This is the THIRD TIME they were late with HEART MEDICATION! Starting and stopping heart medication irregularly can result IN DEATH! I'm ending our business relationship before they KILL SOMEONE I LOVE!

While I appreciate the service provided for my small dog prescription needs, I am very disappointed in the store's customer service due to errors they make. I went in to pick up prescription and due to KNOWN tech issue at 1 register they still tried to check me out on that register. When it wouldn't process completely they moved me to the 2nd register. End result is charged twice for 1 prescription. When called was rudely told nothing they can do and take it up with my bank. I called my bank and they said merchant could have taken care of it so now I have to wait for both charges to post then go through dispute process. For people watching every penny spent, having double the medication cost deducted means I can't get testing for my dog until my next check or this double charge is resolved.

I have been using Wingate Pharmacy for an issue for a pet for a number of years, and every month like clockwork, the script is compounded, and delivered in an ice cooler. I live one state away from them. So, no mean feet. They have their stuff together, even during all of the pandemic, they never missed calling about a refill for my fur baby. Love this place, and it comes highly recommended by me.

Some years ago, Wingate's used my credit card number, which they had from a previous transaction, to charge me instead of asking how I wanted to pay. I hadn't come back since then, but my veterinarian sent my cat's prescription there. I figured maybe they'd improved, and I could live with the place as long as I paid cash only. My mistake. When I got there to pick up the prescription, I was asked to tap a screen button acknowledging that I'd received HIPAA privacy information. I hadn't yet, so I said I'd agree as soon as I in fact received it. Instead of showing me the appropriate piece of paper, the clerk reached over the counter and tapped the button. That's blatant falsification. When I objected, they got self-righteous. I left, and I don't plan to go back ever.

The compounded Pain Lotion really works well but fairly expensive and not covered by insurance, I will continue to use/pay for it

I would not recommend. I would use the place in Salem NH (temporarily closed due to water damage). They are not very good at accommodating the customer. Last minute script sent to them as an emergency was told "it is behind a bunch of others". No help to me as we need it now. They said it could be 4 days. The place in salem would, and has, filled a script in a matter of hours when it was urgent. Now that is customer service. The medicine was OK, but I would recommend going elsewhere. They once were the only game in town so they could get away with treating their customer base like this. They are NOT anymore, so I would take your business elsewhere.

This pharmacy is greatest pharmacy in the universe.The only thing I can say bad about it is the owner tried getting me to sign a political petition about removing the expanded outside dining, and I think it should be made permanent, as there is literally a parking lot right behind the building. A bike lane and wider sidewalks would be way better.

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever worked with. I have never had a negative experience when calling in. Every staff member I have ever spoke with is polite and very pleasant to talk to. I just recently had to call in a prescription for my own pet and they were very accommodating with me. Especially since I wouldn't make it to them by the time that they closed. Thank you to all the staff at Wingates pharmacy! Keep up the good work!
