Once upon a time this was a good office and the people there were helpful. One of our cars was hit by a snow plow and they advised that we should file a claim. The repairs were 900 dollars, I paid 500 (my deductible) and now my insurance premium is going up 400 dollars a year. Amazing how much this office has turned to garbage. I asked for a callback from a supervisor and instead received a letter. Spoke with actual StateFarm and they told me that sometimes these offices can be really bad. If you have too work with this terrible office and would like to stay with state farm just call the 800 number and they can swap you to whomever you want. So pick someone else... Anyone else...

Sarah with Peter Schuler State Farm in Nashua, NH is a Gem. There are not enough nice words in the dictionary to describe how wonderful she is. Sarah has taken care of me since I moved back to New Hampshire 6 months ago. From the moment I met her she has taken very good care of me and it's like she has known me for 20 years when I have to go into the office or call on the phone. She is very fast when it comes to getting the paperwork you need into your hands or if it has to be faxed she has it there in minutes. Sarah is a true asset to State Farm. Thank you Sarah for being so wonderful!!!

I've been a customer for a few years. Any time I've called, I've gotten immediate help.
State Farm's pricing seems great, especially compared to my previous insurer when I lived in MA (we're talking 50% less when my car was new).
I was hit by a motorist on my bicycle, and they even helped me deal w/ the other guy's insurer when they didn't have to. They're great people.
