Dr Shank and the entire team at Nashua Pet Care Clinic are fantastic! They are so kind and supportive and genuine. I can’t say enough good things about them. I feel fortunate to have found a place that I trust and know that my precious pug is receiving the best care. Wonderful, wonderful people!

We love Nashua Pet Care Clinic for our two hounds. They are challenging howling handfuls but they always manage them with grace! The entire team is incredibly patient and compassionate towards our dogs and you can tell they all truly love animals. I also find their costs to be very reasonable compared to what I paid before I moved to this area which is a plus because I like them much more than our previous vet.

I cannot share enough positive things about Nashua Pet Care Clinic. I was skeptical upon my first visit, as NPCC is situated in a strip mall, next to a Subway and a nail salon. But I was quick to judge a book by its cover. Everyone in the office knows my dog. They ask about him with genuine interest. His acute and chronic needs are treated with urgency and thoughtfulness. His behavioral needs (he's reactive) are graciously accommodated. At most visits, the veterinarian and vet tech sit on the floor because he's more comfortable there than on the table. I've interacted with most, if not all, of the staff at NPCC and they're all equally warm, genuine, animal-loving people. And wonderfully, they don't talk about payment (unless we're discussing the cost-related tradeoffs of different treatment options) until it's time to check out. In fact, the last two visits have ended with my dog getting a surprise toy, just because.For more context:I've taken my dog to numerous veterinarians in the area, and all seemed to care about payment more than anything (they should care about payment as they're for-profit businesses, but I shouldn't feel this so overtly as a customer). I always felt like my dog was a commodity at these other vets. While these offices are in beautiful buildings, the care was subpar.Pros: Knowledgeable, friendly, affordable, real humans, customize care for my pet, kitschy decor that I loveCons: None

I love this vet. I take my tortoise here, there very nice as well as always getting him in as soon as possible. Reasonable prices with such great care.

Blu’s first experience here as an 8 week old pup was amazing. All the workers were exceptionally friendly and welcome. Kathy at the front desk greets you with a smile and a true love for animals. Nurse Sean answered all our questions and gained our trust that these folks know their craft. Dr. Kathy, yes there’s two Kathy’s. Makes it easier for Blu to remember. Our first visit was sensational and we cant wait to go back and see our new family. A+++++++ service!

Dr. Shank gave excellent care to my dog. Very patient, thorough and gentle. She treated my dog as if it was her own. I am so pleased to have found the perfect veterinarian.
