I have been using Matrix for a few years now. They are always very nice and accommodating. My last visit I walked in for an oil change no appointment and they took me right away. As always a very pleasant experience.

Matrix Autoworks is the best auto shop I have been to. I brought my car in for an oil change and an inspection of the vehicle. They were able to tell me exactly what work was needed and showed me physically what was going on. They have finance options as well when you’re in a bind. The entire process went very smoothly and their staff is friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back from now on. Thank you to Thomas for all your help.

Fantastic company and Thomas was amazing he communicated with me as soon as they had new information and even saved me money. They figured out and fixed my issues with my jeep same day and even hooked me up with financing. I will be coming back for any future car issues and regular maintenance. Thank you!

As a first time customer with Matrix, and after finding that parts required to correct my car’s issue were difficult to come by, my experience with Matrix was pretty outstanding. After several attempts to find a working part over a couple of weeks time, Matrix kept me apprised of all of the issues and options available to me. Their customer service couldn’t have been better and, as an out of state customer, I felt they understood my needs and were true to their word. I am grateful for their efforts and I would recommend Matrix Auto for your car’s servicing needs.
