I bought a truck brand new in November of 2022 Edwin Pena, to start off I was treated horribly no respect of any sort. Not to mention the sales manager and another salesman Larry pinnard would not stop leaning on all the vehichles and leaving visible scratches and blemishes on the truck. They claim it wouldn't make a difference on the truck but that is just ignorance at that point. Basically after money was presented and taken the care for the customer goes from 60% to a complete 0. It took over a month to get plates for the truck even after receiving my full payment. I was told that they have more important business to attend to rather than give me an explanation as to why I couldn't even pick my own truck up on a trailer. I have text messages from Edwin specifically telling me that. When I took delivery of the truck they said they would have their "detailer" clean and take care of the truck. I swear it looked like someone used winded and a dirty sandy towel to wipe the truck down. Streaks, scratches and hard lines into the clear coat and nothing was taken care of after that. It's been over a year the truck has not received the heated seats or steering wheel that was supposed to be a "retro fit" still no heated seats or wheel. The sales manager told me that this is not his problem and to find someone else to take care of me. Thankful of the greater Lowell GMC because they have never given me a problem and have never turned me down for service. Although I bought the truck brand from MacMulkin they said it would be months before I could get into service. Greater Lowell had me in and out in the same day with no heads up appointment every time I've gone now. Going back to MacMulkin in Nashua I have never been able to get an appointment in any sort of reasonable time even after the sales manager told me there would be no issue at any point when I asked in the sales process. I would recommend going literally anywhere before going to MacMulkin for any sort of business. Horrible salesman aweful managers and an even worse environment no one is friendly and you'll regret going here. Check out greater Lowell gmc and Acton Chevrolet amazing service every time even in my newest truck the gave me no issues and nothing but a stress free purchase. Thank you to Greater Lowell gmc.

I bought a new Silverado 2500 crew cab truck from a Larry Pinnard at MacMulkin. I was supposed to get a $500 rebate as a first responder. He was totally inept about facilitating this on their website and despite multiple calls/contacts, screwed this up repeatedly, never followed up on this properly, did not return our calls and finally told us when we drove all the way back to the dealership, that the offer had expiredHe was also supposed to give me a second key for the vehicle which he said had been "misplaced" when I picked up the vehicle; he said he would mail it to me---this was also never done. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership from Massachusetts to finally get the key.Consequently, I would NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership

so I use to work here and they suck they hire anyone off the street with no automotive experience they refuse to train said workers the lifts that they use to pick up your cars beat work and if you don't have a corvette you are treated like trash notice how all the reviews that are positive talk about buying a corvette that's why

Very convenient hours. Repair, under warranty, done in a timely manner as possible and correctly. Waiting area, restrooms clean and had free water, coffee etc. snack bar also but I didn't use it. Service manager polite and helpful. Intake associates a little disorganized but not to any significant degree and always courteous. Recommend without hesitation.

Never bring your vehicle here for any type of service. They will take more than a month to even look at it, and will not call you back to update you no matter how many voicemails you leave! I wish I could give zero stars. Very unprofessional, they have a major lack of customer service. I will not be going back.

I bought a new Corvette here in February. Every single person from salesman, to order specialist, to pre delivery expert was polite, precise, friendly, and smart!!! Absolutely the best dealership i ever dealt with!! And no markup!!!!

I went for my oil change appointment. Three hours later I was told by Ben the service professional that my car went to the back of the line because the new arrivals get washed first. Great to know Macmulkins takes care of their customers before they get new ones. My husband called and Ben denied what he told me. SAD. Goodbye

Well, after reading your reviews I'll be buying elsewhere. The one thing that sells me on a dealership more than anything else is service, which is something you don't seem to have. I've been watching your ads on Mecum Auctions. Glad I read the reviews.

DO NOT BUY OR BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE THEY DO NOT CARE, my car was sitting there for 4 weeks first they said it was the starter. Then they realized after they fix the starter the car was still not running. That's when they inspected my vehicle and realized that a mouse ate my wire harness so then they fix that and the issue was still there. The car was still not turning on then they were saying that it was the battery when in reality, the whole thing was the mouse ate the wire harness, and I ended up paying over $3k vehicle to get fixed when it was sitting there for a month. And it was 1 issue but they made it into several different things! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT !! Scot the service manager was so disrespectful and rude. He literally told me to leave as I was in the middle of a conversation with him explaining how their problems my problems are affecting me and my child. I am a single mom asking for help and they would literally just threw me out like I was trash.

I made a appointment in person at the desk for the recall airbag, first opening was in 3 weeks so I booked it. I call the day before to check on it and the kid at the service desk acted like he didn't even want to talk to me from the get go and then hung the phone up on me ! I called back and was put on hold forever! Anytime I have tried dealing with this place whether it was trying to buy a car or receive Auto Repair they suck to deal with a recall for another Chevy truck I had turned into a $2,000 job just for speed sensors I didnt let them do it come to find out from another garage they were ripping me off. I would not let them fix my red wagon! DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!

Drove 2 hours in rain to bring my car in for scheduled recall service. 2 hour job. Reserved loaner but it wasn't readt as agent had not reserved it. I had 10:00 an appointment for a month. I call at 3 to get an update and girl tells me they have not even looked at my car or started any work. She said she's calling 7 other people to say their cars were not done either. What kind of scheduling is this? I explained I had to get home and she had no regard.

I ordered a 2022 Corvette and obviously had to wait a while as they are in short supply and extremely high demand. I was surprised that my order came up earlier than expected. I had very good communication from the Corvette department the whole time. The finance department really worked a bunch of options to get me the best rate on my loan and I got my car months earlier than expected. I have been treated like I'm special every step of the way and I love my car. I would ABSOLUTELY buy another car from MacMulkin. Thanks guys for the awesome experience!! Two thumbs up!
