I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!

Title: Exceptional Service from Megan at Lowe's Nashua!
I recently visited Lowe's in Nashua to find the perfect blinds for my new home, and I was blown away by the outstanding service I received from Megan! She was incredibly professional, patient, and creative in finding a cost-effective solution for my non-standard windows.
Megan took the time to understand my needs and preferences, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the process. Her knowledge and expertise were impressive, and her friendly demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable.
What struck me most was Megan's creativity in finding a solution that met my unique requirements without breaking the bank. Her dedication to finding the perfect solution was evident, and I appreciated her willingness to think outside the box.

Shopped in the garden section in Nashua NH. Austin was incredibly friendly and helpful. He hasn't been working there long and he was thrilled to be able to answer my question. He said that he loves learning about the plants and products. This young man is an asset! As someone who has taught customer service, I must say: Keep him, train him, promote him! A+ for customer service. Great personality and attitude! If I had a business, I would steal him!

Good service in paint but lousy check out experience. One human on a register and self service that didn't work. Also, register shows total before discounts but doesn't show the discount until after payment. Very poor design!

I purchased a Weber SP-310 Grill and took advantage of the free in store assembly. Grill was brought out by a store associate with blue painters tape on the lid of the grill which stated "missing knobs." Myself and the store associates were rather confused due to the fact that the grill was brand new and the box was opened in the store and assembled there, so how could the knobs be missing. The associate removed the three knobs needed for my new Weber grill from a display model on the floor. With the assistance of another store associate we attempted to place it in my SUV, however it was to wide. The associate asked if I had any tools to remove one of the side shelves, and I did have a ratchet set with the appropriate socket to remove one of the side shelves. However I didn't need it because all of the nuts were easily removed because they were not tightened properly, this can be confirmed by the associate that assisted me. With the assistance of the associate we loaded the grill into my SUV. Upon arriving home and prior to using my new grill I had to tighten all the nuts, bolts and screws. Not sure who the associate is at this Lowe's location who is assembling the grills but he/she should be spoken to. This is a propane grill and with loss connections leaks could develop and cause a fire or an explosion. Very disappointed with the assembly process. But grateful for the associates who assisted me in store during my order pick up. *Please note that the one star is for the associate who assembled the grill and nothing to do with the associates that assisted me in store the day of pick up.*

A typical bait and switch by Lowe’s regarding payment and refund where they accepted my credit card payment and ultimately give me a store crediit. Lowe’s protection plan instead of sending me a check, sent me gift cards which Lowe’s in Nashua converted to a store credit. I contacted an attorney and filed a complaint with the New Hampshire attorney general based on my being elderly and disabled, veteran with intellectual disabilities. Lowe’s is not veteran friendly and took advantage of my service connected disabilities in their predatory business dealings.
