I would give it more stars but the site keeps crashing as I am trying to place my order then it says the site has been temporarily moved or shut down everytime I try to search for mens sneakers so disappointing that I have to shop elsewhere because the sites not working and there's no instore pock up for what I want.

The cashier made a donation without my permission. The option to pay came up, and Jameson (dark, long hair) reached over the counter to round up my bill. I was too embarrassed to make a deal out of a penny, but the fact that he did it without my permission is what warrants a 1 star review.
Do stores or cashiers get bonuses based on how many donations they make? I guess this would explain Jameson’s behavior.

Terrible service, especially in the running shoe department, over an hour wait to get shoes from the warehouse and rude high school kids make it a place to completely avoid.

I was in your store yesterday, looking for a swim cap. Associate Tim was great! Though the swim caps haven't been put out yet for the season. He was happy to go in the storage room & find me a black one for individuals with long hair. I was in & out quickly & a happy customer!

I needed some elastic bands for my dislocated shoulder rehab and they were easy to find. Also needed some small dumb bells and they had what I needed. Try finding them elsewhere. They have a large selection of all things Sports. Don't worry about customer service when none of our kids want to work these days like we used to back in the day. Dick's like all retail stores do the best they can. People need to be kinder and more patient. :-)

The store is a nice 2 story facility with products covering most of not all sports. With that being said the associates are not very familiar with the needs and use of the products in the different departments. Also, curbside pickup is an utter joke. 35+ minutes waiting because they can't find my order yet it shows it is available and has been since yesterday. Make sure you know what you need and go find it yourself. Do not rely on the employees to suggest the products you want besides them looking at the price tags and picking the most expensive items and assuming it is the best.

The entrance was usually on the lower level, just like the other Dick’s Sporting Goods that has 2 floors. The entrance is at the upper level, and the elevator has center opening doors. Most Dick’s Sporting Goods elevators has single-slide either left or right.

Mark down in sporting goods was great. He gave us advice on new kayak. He was willing to help bring out kayak to our truck.. he went above and beyond .

Tori, mike, Tim dubi store manager helped me really well. I had an issue with the Pair Hoka sneakers, and without any hesitation, they worked with me to swap them out for a wide size that I needed that I wasn’t originally told that you could get. They were worn a couple of times at the end of the day they took good care of me, and I am grateful!Very appreciated on the nice service that I received!

So many employees and yet so little customer service. Also, does Dick's actually ever have shoes in stock? I have yet to go to a Dick's and they have a size that I or my family needs.
