Lived there for years and have no complaints. Apartment was relatively affordable, at least for Nashua. Management took care of any issues right away.

Rented for over a year - Left to study medicine. I had a great experience with Mike and the crew. My 3 year old son (has Autism) and 10 month daughter felt comfortable with the apartment. I felt safe leaving the family at the apartment as I work at night and my wife is a stay at home mom. Apartment was affordable and Mike was responsive whenever I had questions. Notices were sent out when something was pending to happen with the apartment so we were ontop of everything that took place. Familys and individuals there were friendly when approached. Everyone had their own rythem and nights were calm and quiet. I will rent again when situation allows!

I lived there for eight continuous years, and I was very happy there. The management was friendly, available for help, and efficient. The culture of the community was also very friendly. The increases in the rent were also as low as anybody could reasonably expect. Highly recommended. Moving to this apartment was the best economic move of my life.

When meeting with Michael to view a unit he seemed quite friendly and upfront. He told me the company would be renting to first qualified applicant that has everything submitted. I honestly feel lied to as I turned everything in immediately. I even received a call the next day to verify my social security number for the credit/background check, which is above average. Then nothing, no response not reply to any of my messages. A couple months later the company posts the same listing again which I reached out showing my interest in renting. Lori was very responsive and helpful letting me know they could use my prior application. Continuing to reach out and again nothing, no response or even feedback on my application. Seems quite unfair and extremely unprofessional.Disappointed applicant

My time at 18 Amherst St was very pleasant! The neighbors have been friendly and there are a lot of families. I felt safe, which was important to me as a woman living by herself. Mike and the maintenance team are on top of requests and overall maintenance. Additionally, each apartment has a parking space which has been convenient. Location is right near downtown Nashua!

This is the one of the Best Apartments we have ever had. Safe, clean and extremely well managed. Mike and his team always responded to any issue super quickly. Would have stayed for a long time but had to move to another state.Mike and his team always treated us great respect and they were extremely helpful.

We wanted to let you know how happy we are since moving into a newly renovated apartment of yours. We can't believe how quiet it is here. The other families are very friendly. It's so obvious that they like living here too. There are always smiles when they greet you. Maintenance issues are handled promptly by very polite young men who know what they are doing and they clean up after themselves. We appreciate that. You have also taken great care of the safety of all of us with the sanitizing of everything in the common areas of our building.Thank you very much for that.We hope to be living here for a long time.

Applied for an apartment, never heard anything back. I called numerous times to the number that was given to me, to get an update, and could never reach anyone, not to mention the woman who answers the phone every time is extremely rude and just says "AB property management" and you are just supposed to know that it is an answering service from her saying that, lol. I never ended up reaching anyone or receiving any calls back, even after leaving a message with the person that answers the "answering service". Even though I paid an application fee, cash. I guess they also do not care that it is illegal to not inform an applicant that they have been denied. By law you have to inform them in writing of the reason why. And if I was not denied and the apartment was given to someone else, Mike had told me my application fee would be refunded. I also work in property management so I understand how busy and crazy it can be, but there is no excuse for letting weeks pass by without returning an applicant's phone call and not telling them that they did not get the apartment. I guess it was a blessing because they would probably be horrible property managers given what all the other reviews say.

Stay away from here! I got my first apartment here at the age of 25 and didn’t even last a year. Micheal (the owner) and his crew of men are awful people. They come in to your apartment whenever they feel like without any notice, they all make you feel incredibly uncomfortable, I never felt safe living here. Michael and his workers walked into my apartment when I was getting out of the shower 4 times!!!! They do not care about any laws and they do not care about your privacy. Michael cut my lease short so I could get out of there because I caught one of his workers on camera walking into my apartment without my permission AGAIN. They are liars and bad people. Stay away from AB property management.
