I had a deep tissue massage with Wendy. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She is so knowledgeable.
I have had numerous massages, in 5 star hotel resorts; none of which compare. I will be back!

Thank you so the amazing crew who made my first ever spa experience one that I will never forget. With the construction going on during our stay they made it like it wasn’t even happening. They brought me to a quiet room in the hotel and Sarah was so sweet and professional. Sarah was so helpful and made my prenatal massage perfect! I felt like a whole new person! Much needed and will be coming back when we book our next trip to Mill Falls!

The spa was absolutely amazing! The massage was phenomenal (Jacob slays) and they have Dazzle! It's phenomenal to get nails done with a view of the lake. One point I would be aware of is that it cost $25 to get shellac off the nails. So you end up paying an extra $50 for a Mani/Pedi and they may not mention it.

A lovely morning! We got there early and used the hotel's amenities - had the hot tub all to ourselves with these huge windows overlooking the lake! Took our time showering off and using the sauna before a couples massage. Very clean and professional. Lovely cozy atmosphere. Great price for what we got!

I took my mother and daughter for pedicures (in massage chairs with lake views) and a Princess manicure and we had the perfect experience. The staff were wonderful and friendly and extremely kind/ thoughtful to my daughter—they went above and beyond and even did her hair for free! We then enjoyed the indoor and outdoor hot tubs and relaxed on premises. We’ll definitely be back!

I had the best hydropeptide facial in January. My skin glowed for two months. I was excited to reschedule my next appointment for August which revolved around our vacation. I was disappointed to find out the same girl didn't work there anymore but wanted to schedule the same type of facial. When I got to my appointment I expressed what I had the last time and wanted the same thing. She expressed she could do better with including the extraction machine and would make be look ten years younger...ok..lol. As the appointment progressed she talked the whole time trying to sell product. No massage, no steam, barely any soothing product or extraction on my face and not relaxing. Just a sucking machine that basically dried the hell out of my face and created super dryness and burning. My lips and face have been chapped ever since. Worst facial ever. I didn't want to write a review but I paid very good money for my face to feel and look worse after the facial than before.

I highly recommend esthetician Marie Campbell. She is very knowledgeable on skin care and beauty enhancements. She goes the extra mile to make sure you have an enjoyable experience.
