Middle bay charged my card $13, and when I pulled up the car wash did not activate. It appeared to be flooded/broken. I immediately called the support number because no humans are present. No answer so i left a voice mail. When I got home I also sent an email. For the next 3 days I tried calling and emailing the owner to get a refund, but I got no response. Not a good way run run a business. So I had to through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card provider. I was a long term customer, but not anymore. No humans and no response when something goes wrong.

Went there today and my truck looks just as dirty. It looked like there was no soap in the water . A waste of 20 dollars

Vacuums are under-powered. Vending machines are poorly/intentionally designed to accept cash and ignore quarter deposits while incapable of returning cash refunds. Coupled with no way to obtain quarters from credit/debit, it’s like an amusement park for throwing your money away and leaving with your vehicle in the same condition it arrived in. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with an employee present.

Does a decent job. Op for the 16$ wash for the double dry minimum. I will not give it any additional stars though until the fix there entry side pressure washers. They are not spraying a wide angle but instead shooting out a jet of water that can easily damage paint. Once the owner starts showing they can maintain their wash I will return.

Uses cold water, not warm at all. My car is never rinsed well, I still see suds when it starts to dry so it leaves residue. Kind of a rip off.

I gave two stars instead of one because at least the driver side of my car is clean. The free vacuum cleaner was the highlight of my trip to get my car washed. But that didn’t even work great. The underbody and side blaster did not work in the wash I went through. Such a bummer. I paid for the super shine but I’m pretty sure I got the soft shine. Which I’m really not surprised coming from a car wash that looks like it never gets upgrades and has garbage all through the tunnel. On a better note with my experience today I have found a great new car wash that I can recommend!

I just needed a quick wash to remove the salt from the previous week. There were four cars in front of me as it was a nice day all lanes were about the same for cars which took about a half an hour in line. I paid $16 for the better-than-average wash. Everything worked well.
