No proper staff or technician, went to fix my tail lights and they a mess in the wiring which resulted in the failure of reverse gear light on tail lights. Please don't waste your time here and spend your money.

I have a breathalyzer handheld device installed in my vehicle. I go to Guillermo's every couple months to have the device calibrated. They've been nothing but friendly and kind to me. There was one recent situation where the device was draining my battery so badly it died. The device proved to be faulty, so my car had to be towed to Guillermo's and the device had to be replaced. They were busy, but they jumped right on my car when it arrived, replaced the device, charged my battery, and I had my car back in less than 2 hours. Amazing customer service for a single father who desperately needed his vehicle. I definitely recommend them.

The man who runs the shop is very nice, and even gave me a ride home while my car was being worked on (and as a "relatively" young woman who chose to get into a car with a stranger, I can say he was very respectful and did not once make me feel nervous.) I'll probably be back there very soon to have my tires aligned and for a new muffler.
