This facility never has any available washers. That have 11 small load washers and 7 of them are out of order. After asking about then was told owners do not plan on fixing them. The remaining 4 washers are on their way out. It's to bad after going here for years i think it's fine to find a new laundromat

Prices on washers were about average, dryers were a little better than average. Building definitely shows its age, and many machines were out of order. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd return again if the need arises.

I love less than a half mile from here I brought my laundry in to wash only at 8 pm they close at 9 pm and the lady said no and laughed at me and said the last wash it at 7:30????Hello why stay open until 9 it doesn't take an hour fornmy 3 loads to wash to take home to dry and I had plenty of time to dry if she would run the business correctly. She was ridiculously rude about it. She should have said sorry I stop at 7:30 so I can lock the doors a 8:345 to gethome wow how rude no problemill just go to another one down the street that is open and wants my money lol how funny is that because maybe she won't have to worry about people like me anymore maybe their doors will closed from driving customers away and she just won't have a job anymore

The washing machines and dryers here are great and it's a cheapest coin operated and cleanest laundromat around sometimes a little busy but that's okay

My first time stepping foot in a laundromat in years. I dropped in around Fri 10amish. I was unfamiliar which were washing machine and dryer. I met the employee Joanne she explained and show me the front load speed queen and also show me which buttons to use for my seperate towels and clothes. Another woman whose was doing her laundry in the dryer show me how to use the top & bottom dryer. I appreciated both their help.
What I like about this place:
1. Wifi
2. Plenty of chairs
3. Food vendors ( I brought my own snacks)
4. Plenty of newspapers and magazines and books to read. ( I brought along my own book)
5. Unisex bathroom (1)
6. Off street parking & on street too.
7. Inside speed queen front loader washer and dryer are clean and not dirty and a lot of people remember to clean out the lint trays.
8. My favorite washer were the larger ones with digital buttons and tells how much I've put in and how many more time are left.
9. Large windows with natural lights
10. Ceiling fans to keep cool.
11. Metal rack with long pole with wheels to get our wet/ dry stuff.
12. Plenty of signs everywhere to explain everything and dos & don't.
13. Wastebasket and recycling basket.
Cons:
1.Not a lot of tables to folder our stuff (3). I didn't bother using any. I was able to use the smaller washer top to fold.
2. Few washer & dryer were broken but plenty of available ones. ( Not a big deal)
3. Lot of their machines are dated. They looked like some belong in a museum.
(Shouldn't be complaining because it's better than nothing. If they ever upgraded to new speed queen the prices would be more expensive than these reasonable prices. )
4. Traffic on Hanover St can be heavy so it's difficult getting back on left side.
I am grateful it's close by and not expensive as owning and running them at home.
The reason I am using the laundromat My dryer quit.
If I ever have issues again I will definitely dropped by to use this place.
Joanne was wonderful and I have seen positive reviews about her. Reviews were years ago nothing 2023. Glad I got to meet her. I didn't use her service where she does your laundry for you.

I’m sure they were great when they were open, but they’re closed now.

One of the things I love about moving to a new place is finding a laundromat that feels like a cornerstone to the community. Bird Bath is the essence of this, folks walk in and out of the building with similes and kind words or a kind nod, it’s always clean, the staff is super friendly, when a machine is down it is clearly marked. I’ve been coming for a few months and every time I’m so glad to do my wash there. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a kind, clean, well run, reliable laundromat!

Hands down the the cleanest laundry mat I’ve ever been to..machines work great, price is very affordable and staff is very inviting, super friendly and very helpful. I drive 20+ minutes to come here..you can tell she takes pride in this place, I won’t go any where else :)Note to The Hippo: they were voted #1 ten years in a row ‘the best of the best’ then they dropped specific categories!! With that said I know she will always run this business perfectly and be the #1 with years to go

It's ok, cluttered and a lot of the dryers were out of order. Make sure you count your quarters when using their coin machine. I was missing five dollars worth of quarters.
