Been going here for years for a variety of different things (patio set, flowers, paint, landscape & yard materials, soap/cleaner, light bulbs, tools, etc) and they seem to always have exactly what I’m looking for. Everyone there has always been helpful & friendly, from the people inside to the yard guys who have loaded my vehicle many times. The owner has been so helpful in answering my questions numerous times too, whether it’s been for a patio set or a couple pots of flowers. The employee who works at the paint counter has always been friendly & helpful too. Great small family business I’m happy to support!

We had Benson's remodel our kitchen - we're very happy with the result. They met all of their schedule milestones. The workers showed up on time and were pleasant to deal with. The work quality was excellent. The product and materials quality was also excellent. We highly recommend Benson's for remodeling work.

I hear great things about Bensons. I used them as the builder I was working with chose them for a variety of subcontract work.Everything was great at first - we scheduled our appointments and made our selections. Robb in kitchen is why this review has 2 stars as opposed to one.Working with Jon on flooring was a little weird. He kept trying to push us into a specific, expensive backsplash citing the style. We firmly told him we did not want it multiple times until he finally stopped. Easy to overlook this. No big deal.Fast forward a few months, and Jon calls because he thought we wanted maple but he had us down for oak? That's weird. He asked me to send a photo of the flooring I selected. I did so, and he expressed that he selected the wrong floor for us. He stated they would do a special run for me.I get a call weeks later that the flooring came scratched. The builder thankfully did not install. They did a special run a second time, and the flooring arrived scratched a second time. I was told to select another floor in stock, and I did. This one also came scratched. They asked me to select a 4th floor from a different vendor. That one was fine. Some may argue this was not Bensons fault, but Jon from flooring cited this happened because I requested a special run. This special run was not supposed to be a special run because, well, he wrote down the wrong floor for us. And remembered months later that it didn't seem right? That is weird at best, and suspicious at worst. This caused over 2 months of delays.They made a few other mistakes during the build. The quartz was cut incorrectly. The plumbing company made it right by selecting a similar color and styled fixture to not cause further delays.Bensons provided the 1st flooring color stain for the stairs to match the floor. This caused an additional delay. The stain was done after close on the home. It was done on time because the builder Prioritized this to ensure the home was done before we moved in.Bensens is getting 2 stars because Robb at Kitchen was great. It was the builder who jumped through hoops to make it right. The quality appears to be good as well. Bensens is getting 2 stars mostly because I was assigned blame for the special run, and it was typically not them who made it right.If you use them, check their work. Save yourself the headache. I'll still use them if I need materials to support local. Just can't overlook the projected blame on to me when it was actually a sales persons error.

My wife and I did a kitchen remodel and were so pleased with BensonsLumber in londonderry, NHThe staff was helpful in everyway.possible.The workers exceptional and prompt and did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend them . Prices were also very fair.A wonderful local business we will continue to support .

went to Benson's to inquire about purchasing a grill. went up to the man sitting at a counter, typing into his computer. my wife & I stood there for several minutes, he wouldn't look up to acknowledge us. I guess his typing was more important than my business, so I will go to Home Depot.

Friendly staff, large selection of Dewalt and Milwaukee power tools (among other things/brands). The prices are great! Lower than Home Depot and Lowes, even if in my case it's a 12 minute drive it's still worth it.

Horrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. By the way most working class folks work during the week why would you only be open on a Saturday not the whole weekend. No wonder big box stores put local businesses out of business. Unless you only cater to commercial folks that build during the week. Which means you don't really care about your local community who wants to support local family business . It's sad I want to support local businesses but your store makes that pretty hard to do.

I will NEVER set foot in this store again. Way overpriced and customer service in the flooring dept does what they want. I asked for a quote for tile and VLT and received 17 days later an email 2 pages of everything that is needed to install the project, I.e. nails,glue etc. I asked for the tile only price and still did not receive the quote. It's too late to order because I waited too long for the quote on the overprice VLT and my contractor is due shortly. I had 3 others come out for an estimate and received 1 that day and the other 2 the next day. Maybe my project of 3 bath floors and a bath remodel is not big enough for them they don't care about the little guy.Save you money, go somewhere else!

Ordered pellets by the ton, they were delivered damaged, lost around 12 bags out of the ton. They gave us 1 extra bag since they knew they were damaged before delivery.

Bensons helped to make my wedding day such a special event! We purchased around 25+ mums for our wedding ceremony site and for our centerpieces. It was absolutely beautiful and even our venue (Flag Hill Winery) was shocked at how beautiful they looked when they arrived! It was magical to see how in bloom they were and how well taken care of they were, especially for the very end of October. A huge thank you to Emily and the owners for ensuring that my vision for a very “fall” wedding came true!

Love this place! We usually go to the Bensons in Derry because it’s closer to our house but this one is even bigger! They also have a great selection of flowers and plants. We got a bunch of flowers for our garden and love them. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Highly
