I purchased Walgreens brand Microfiber Lens Wipes for my glasses. Big, big mistake. Was trying to get clear glasses and only achieved a heavy and increasingly opaque film that was very difficult to remove. As it turns out, the old fashioned way of soap and water finally removed the film and returned my glasses to functional status. I erroneously believed using the lens wipe with their coating was better. Not the case.I still use Rite Aid whenever possible, but Walgreens bought them out a few years ago and the number of Rite Aid pharmacy's is declining. Overall the quality of Walgreens and their brand of products just doesn't compare to Rite Aid. Progress.

Pharmacy is supposed to be open until 6 pm Mon-Friday. Tried to get a very important prescription filled on a Friday so it would be ready when I got out of work before they closed. Tried to call the pharmacy several times early in the afternoon to just ask that they have it ready to be grabbed and paid for by the time I got there a little after 5 pm. Phone system would say that you're being transferred to someone that can help you, there's 1 caller ahead of you, Waited 20 mins and nobody ever answered. Several times this happened. Went there a little after 5 pm, pharmacy was CLOSED and so was my Dr's office! I was frantic trying to find a way to get it called in to another pharmacy. Luckily another doctor (who knew nothing about my issue) was finally able to look up my info and call it in to a competing pharmacy. The competing pharmacy within walking distance manages to stay open on a consistent basis according to the poll I took since from coworkers that have recently used them. The reason I'm posting this review is that I hope that Walgreens hasn't caused anyone to die because they can't get their prescription andor can't find another doctor to call it in somewhere else. What happens if an on call doctor says "Sorry I dont know your file, dont' have access to the medication, so I can't help you. Maybe you can call on Monday?" Is that person going to DIE?? :-( Have people died because they can't get their medicines? This is heartbreaking and most likely illegal. Hope someone makes Walgreens pay for what they're doing to people. They're causing undue stress, medical negligence, and nobody in the store, even a regular floor manager acts like they can even do anything about it. They simply say "There's nothing we can do, we don't have staff". Ok well, you need to go BEYOND that and help people by actually saying "Let me take your email address or name and phone # and your complaint so I can pass it to our CORPORATE OFFICE" and then actually DO IT. Don't just sit there like its above your pay grade and say "Sorry." Yes, Walgreens "Sorry" can still kill people. Think you can still sleep well at night and keep doing what you're doing?? Hope someone holds you accountable and soon!

summary:rude customer service after asking if I could have a refill that got filled 14 days ago on the doctor's office sidetoday, I ended up realising how low I was on my medication. because it's the kind that changes moods, it's unfortunatly not something that can wait. I quickly checked my messages from Walgreens pharmacy, and I didnt find anything regarding a new prescription. I called the Walgreens pharmacy and asked if I had any refills available. the pharmacist then told me that I had none. I ended up calling my doctor's office, and they said they sent the prescription on the 15th(14 days ago), and that it went through just fine. so I decided I could call the pharmacy back again. instead of being nice and helping me resolve the issue, I was treated very rudely by the pharmacist and told that I can't possibly have run out of medication.(I followed the directions properly when taking said medications). I finally asked him directly if he would be willing to help me resolve the issue, and instead of responding, he simply hung u top. I am quite honestly amazed that a worker here could be as rude as he was without me being rude or disrespectful back....

Waiting at the drive through for more than five minutes. None of the people inside will even make eye contact with me. Unacceptable.

If you want to get hounded to death with emails phone calls and texts, then have to keep having to decline anytime you check out sign up with Walgreens I tried letting them know, not the poor people in the stores but the people who control the web stuff. No use they could care less, your just a statistic. I finally got them to stop calling and texting by moving all my prescriptions elsewhere. I still get emails and when I want to unsubscribe it says I am already unsubscribed. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

I love the staff at Walgreens. The pharmacists are amazing. Amanda and Alicia are so lovely and helpful. The pharmacy techs need to be better trained. They have said my medications in front of others which I do not like. It has happened on more than one occasion. If you value your privacy, be sure to make that clear to the pharmacy techs.

Walgreens in Littleton, NH does not have a regular pharmacist- the pharmacist I talked to today was rude and treated me like crap. I’m beyond frustrated and Walgreens has forever lost my business. They are unresponsive, rude and do not help or care about their customers.
