Made an appointment a week prior for sunday 9am.I arrived at the scheduled time,nobody was there.I waited over a half an hour,nobody showed up to open the business.I called them when I got home,no answer.Finally at 10:10am peter answered,they said sorry they were late,but they still had my appointment on record.I asked if I could bring in my vehicle then and was told no,maybe later or another day.I said I was there when I was supposed to be,and was told”yeah,but with me being late it pushed the schedule off.”I hung up.I honestly don’t know how places stay in business with customer service like this.I will now be purchasing tires elsewhere.
Edit:after reading other recent reviews it would appear I dodged a bullet,thanks Peter.

Over charged me.. tire/mount service for just TWO tires. 80 dollars!!! 40 a tire they told me at CHECKOUT. would have been nice to be told ahead of time. I would have jhst had a garage do it

Had an appointment schedule a week in advance and put in for the tires I wanted. Got to my appointment and they said they are an hour and a half behind and they didn't have the tires I wanted. No one ever called saying rhey didnt get the tires in. Absolute worst experience will NEVER go there again

My wife’s car had developed a slow leak Friday. She filled it with air and by Sunday, it was down again. I looked and could see the screw that was the culprit right in the center of the tire. It was Sunday morning, about 11:20. I called Tire Warehouse in Laconia and
Pete answered. Since it was Sunday, I asked if they were doing patches or if they were just open for other reasons. He said they could do a patch. I asked what time, telling him that I was local and could be there soon. He said, can you get here in 10 minutes? I did. He and his team got me in and out. Less than an hour later - I was back home with the screw out and the tire patched. Thanks, Pete and the TW Laconia team. You guys rock.

I was visiting from out of state for the weekend and one morning noticed my tire was soft due to finding a nail. We called and were able to get an appointment early that very afternoon. When I picked the car up I was told by the mechanic that there was no nail, but in fact there was corrosion around the rim. He cleaned it up quickly and I was ready to go. When I asked how much I owed, the manager said "don't worry about it". I couldn't believe it! When asked again, he said "it's all good, safe travels". I would recommend this shop anytime, not only because he didn't charge me, but because of the fast and accommodating service and they simply were wanting to help - not just make a buck. Thank you

Manny and his team went above and beyond to help me with my tire emergency. I live in MA and because of the outstanding customer service, I will only be traveling to their shop in NH for all tire services.

Mary Jo at Tire Warehouse in Laconia was pleasant, honest in telling me I didn’t need an alignment, and addressed my tire needs. She was friendly and professional. Overall a very positive appearance

I was in a bind and needed to have a flat fixed in my tire. They not only took me in right away but didn't charge me a dime for the patch. Think I'm going to be looking to buy my next set of tires from them
