Bodywork was decent. They managed to sideswipe my car with another vehicle, which I only found out about when I got the car back and it had a new tail light. The car was sunfaded but the door they repaired didn’t have the same fade as the rest of the car. Never got a full explanation of that. The paint had runs also. The car was involved in a suspension mechanical failure and subsequent tow truck damage. The techs neglected to replace the motor mounts when replacing the subframe. It took several technicians over two return trips to the shop to get a simple wheel bearing replaced. The method of baking the paint caused damage to my interior and the car’s intake air control valve which cost over $1,000 to replace. The car looked decent after being at their shop for over 50 days but it was overall a frustrating experience being constantly in contact with the shop several times a week for almost two months. The shop manager also admitted to driving my car recklessly “a joy ride” on route 107.

My truck was hit by my plow guy and I had it fixed by Irwin collision. I could not be any happier with the work they did. Excellent job from body paint and customer service thanks for getting my truck back.

I got my car repaired a few months back, and first off it was an awesome job, but more importantly the girl in the office was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease over the stress of my accident. That’s hard to come by. I’d recommend Irwin’s body shop to anyone. Thank you for everything.

He was like I can fix you good, and he was talking to my car and not me, but I wished it was me he was going to fix good. The car came out fine.
