Like other reviewers have stated, this place is dirty. Nail dust all over the floor, stained towels, nail tools soaking in Tupperware at the sink. Even the nail techs white shirt was stained. I am not one to judge a little mess which is exactly why I gave this place a try. But it was beyond what I thought. Plus they packed ppl in and I waited but saw several others having to wait too, until a tech became available 15-20 mins.

The staff does a nice pedicure and very friendly. Shop could be a bit more organized and cleaned up!

I called in the AM for appointment at 3:00 PM.
They couldn't accommodate my time. Disappointed.
I called back to make an appointment for the next day. Was hung up on three times (games). Then Owner says we are booked. I said how, I'm trying to make AM appointment and you aren't working with me?
He says, we are no longer working with you because you post a bad review online. Me: I told the truth. Owner: We don't want your money.
I'm very happy for all that had great service. I will take my money elsewhere.
I am not mean. Your customer service needs an upgrade.

I’m reviewing in 2 parts. First, very accommodating & very pleasant staff. They definitely have the nail skills, pleased with the results, I give them stars for that. Second, the reason I chose this nail salon was the reviews here on the quality of work. None really mentioned the state of the actual salon. The neglect to clean & sanitize is inexcusable. I didn’t observe at first as I sat down and my appointment started. I noticed a few things and then when I had to wash my hands, the sink area was worse than any public rest stop bathroom I’ve seen. The mirror above the sink was covered in dried liquid substances. The garbages are overflowing at the stations and the manicure tables have not been wiped down in quite some time. The accumulation of nail dust is gross. Floors were filthy. The tools should not be sitting in a plastic tub where nail clients wash their hands. Drill bits should be cleaned after use, but I observed them laying on the manicure tables, nail supplies are piled in random spots on the floors & other areas. Nothing is stored properly. The pedicure chairs are in need of a scrubbing. I’ve been to nail salons all over and by far this was the worst. I’m really surprised they have not been fined or shut down by the state for health violations. I’m more surprised if I’m the only one bothered by this, because they did have a flow of clients in & out throughout my appointment. Maybe people think this is normal . It is absolutely not.
I review this in part in hopes the owners will take the time to rectify the situation in care for their business and the health of the people that patronize their business.

This is the first time I have had a manicure where my nails didn’t hurt afterwards, either due to the rotary tool hitting my skin, or the technician grinding my nails down too far. This was an amazing experience, and I will never go anywhere else.

This was my first time going to this salon. Called on a short notice and they told me to come right in. No wait time. Heidi sat me in a comfy chair next to a window with a nice view of Laconia. She was very personable and knew when to talk to me and read my body language when I didn’t feel like talking. She was very sweet and paid VERY close attention to detail. She was quick, efficient, and gental. I left the salon with this beautiful natural set and couldn’t be more pleased!
Definitely will continue to go back for fills.

I will never stop going here. Everyone is super nice, does a great job and is fairly priced. Anytime I’ve gone somewhere else I’ve regretted it.

I love the professionalism of the staff! Heide does my manicures. I use to do gel nails but not anymore my nails are so hard now!!!!? I recommend this place always!!!! Thank you Hiedi !!!!
