I brought my favorite ring and two of my necklaces for repairs and was extremely happy with the results and my experience with Stoneman Jewelers! The center stone of my ring kept falling out, so they recommended adding two additional prongs on the bottom of the heart shape in order to hold it in place. I was worried the new prongs wouldn’t look good, but they completely match the existing ones and were placed perfectly, look great! My cross necklace needed a new clasp and my other necklace’s chain snapped and needed to be soldered. She said it would take up to a week, but then called me the next day as they were ready! Very reasonable price, especially considering how quick they completed the work. Will be going here for any future jewelry repairs!

Very disappointed! I had a Sterling silver ring repaired for $85.6 Months later the stone is loose and very dull again. Would not recommend

After a different jeweler gave me a high price to fix a crack in my engagement band and replate both of the rings in my wedding set, I went to Stoneman. They quoted me a really reasonable price, AND found a crack in my wedding band that the other place missed!My rings were ready in less than a week, and look as beautiful as the day I got them.Not only that, but the woman in store is incredibly kind.I am mad I ever went anywhere else for my needs, because Stoneman is absolutely amazing.

I can't say enough good things about Stoneman Jewelers and the experience I had today. They were able to help me when others were not. They listened to my unique problem with a pair of earrings and genuinely seemed to care and took the time to find a solution. My husband and I took my wedding band and engagement ring in to be sized the day before our 30th anniversary. They did the work that day so I could have my rings on my anniversary. Such great customer service is unheard of these days! And they did a beautiful job!

I recently took my diamond ring to the Stoneman Jewelers to have it repronged. When I went to pick it up I was not satisfied with the finish work. The women at the desk asked me if I was happy with it and I said not really and showed her the rough finish work at the base of the prongs. She took it back to have him fix it. She returned in 1 minute with the ring again. Again I said it still looked rough so she took it back a second time. He worked on it for maybe 2 minutes this time and brought it out to me himself. I decided there was no point in going on with this, I was not going to get the workmanship I was looking for. I took my ring to Powden's Jewelry in Goffstown, NH and he completely replaced the prongs and it looks like new. His fee was not much more and I am completely happy with my ring being restored like new.

I had the best experience here! I waited til the very last minute to decide to size my wedding band and called them in a crisis! They told me it would be done in about a day or so which was perfect because my wedding was 5 days away.. 4 hours later they called and it was finished and absolutely perfect! Great service, price, and very efficient. Highly recommend !!

Brought my engagement ring in to get resized. They told me it would be a week and quoted me a price. My ring was done on time and was 30 dollars cheaper than I was quoted. Fantastic work!
