INCOMPETENT and or don't care,, waited a week for a call back, phone rang twice , no one there, called them right back , the operator says Teresa tried to call you , let me switch you to a different person. Same voicemail, tried to fill out on line , keeps saying that my voicemail is invalid ,, there's no way they have 4 stars ,

Due to Covid you cannot go in or meet any one in person. However if you call there are people who are there to answer the phone and help you also you can come fill out an application in the out side lobby and put it in the box they will get it as soon as possible...

Mainence is great always quick to come over after the call. However we live all around very loud handicap people (no judgment) but too many people live here that should be in assistant living ( not safe for them to live on there own) If you have section 8 they will charge you triple your rent just to move in!! And if you have an ac they will charge you $50 every time they put it in or take it out there so greedy. The landlord stacy never answers and rarely calls back when she does you forget why you called in the first place.
