This Kohls is pretty nice but the one in West Lebanon is better. I’d gotten a pair of Levi’s in West Lebanon Kohls and I went to the Keene Kohls hoping to get another pair but they didn’t even have the same type. Not even the same size, but the same type. Pretty disappointed.
Their underwear selection is smaller, their shirt selection is smaller. Overall, it’s just less choice.
But it’s okay for what it is.

I was surprised to find that the jewelry dept. was much smaller than it had been around Christmas. Also, my size for crop pants was not available. But I did purchase a set of Vera Wang King size sheets at a very good reduced price!!

Kohls is a pretty nice store. Just wish they had more inventory and women's dresses. People from VT come there to shop as there are stores in Southeastern VT and they have nothing to choose from.

First off, I wish to thank Judy the manager at the Rochester, NH store for her valiant efforts to save us from the moronic bureaucrats at corporate. My wife's Kohl's store card wouldn't work due to "lack of activity", or so they said. Judy was on the phone for at least 45 minutes with corporate, and they still couldn't activate my wife's card. Judy was kind enough to manually enter and give us our discount -- without the stupid Kohl's card -- and we paid with a credit card and left. We will never set foot in a Kohl's store again. I rated them one star because I could not give them zero or minus one. No longer customers, Joe & Jeanne

I love the Kohl's in Keene, NH. The staff is very professional and I always get a nice greeting when I come in. The store is very neat and clean. Check it out, you'll love it!
