Horrible experience, originally I brought my car in for an oil change and left with problems I was not having before. I called after and was speaking to the guy who answered the phones, he was rude no help and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and when I asked if they check the battery as part of the oil change service, which you pay for he let me know that they sometimes don't do it and they keep no record of it. I will never be back here for an oil change again.

Set an appointment for an oil change and state inspection on Saturday July 27. Got a call the day before and said there was no state inspector. No problem, I took it somewhere else. Told the manager I would still like to come in for an oil change the next day. Showed up for the oil change and was told it would be a long wait because of no call no shows or something. I don’t have extra time to wait, which is why I made an appointment. I rescheduled with the manager for Friday August 2nd. I showed up at my appointment time and was told the same thing, that it would be a long wait. I took time off work to make it to the rescheduled appointment today because they could not take me on the Saturday I originally booked. I am now sitting in a Midas taking even more time off work because Monro couldn’t honor my appointment time and didn’t even call ahead to let me know so I didn’t waste my time driving there. The manager was nice but this place needs some serious help.

I went in this morning, thinking my car had way bigger issues. I was immediately greeted by manager Keith Bush. Polite, professional, he took my information while Joe in the shop swooped in to check out my vehicle. After a quick test drive Joe assessed my issues with in minutes. Solved them and sent me back in to see Keith who quoted me a fair and affordable price. These men are what makes companies thrive. New customer, because of this A team.

Oil change and tire rotation appointment which was on time and I was in and out of there within 1/2 hour. Nice job. I will be back.

This place has gone to the dogs ever since Michael left the place! Now they have an idiot manager named Keith Bush who knows nothing about repairing cars? They have no help and no business! It’s really a shame I am disabled and need to know for sure if it’s going to get fixed! Please don’t bring your car here!! Waste of time! There is a place called Silverline up the road I will be taking my car there going forward!

Went in for a oil change at the Husdon, NH monro location on a Saturday. Realized hours later there was a BIG oil spill under my car, the garage was then closed by the time I noticed & also closed Sunday. I took my car to another shop the following morning ASAP because over night my car continued to leak excessively. The garage I took it to had told me that whoever did the oil change (Monro) jammed the drain plug in & stripped the threading which caused the plug to be loose & have the oil drain out. I was informed I had to replace my oil pan & have another oil change which cost me a pretty penny SMH. I had the work done because it was that or wait till Monro opened Monday having more oil drain out & possibly cease my engine not only that I needed to go to work in the morning. Anyhow I called Monro Monday morning to tell them what had happened & they denied stripping the thread & that it happens with the year, make, model, miles of my car & told me it could of happened at the last garage that did my oil change that it wasn't their fault now if that was the case you'd think my car would have leaked oil before & I would have had to get the oil pan then. He kept being rude on the phone and then hung up on me. I called right back with no answer called a few hours later & still no response but their customer complaints didn't have a problem answering the phone. Monro is unprofessional, rude, and in my opinion need to hire more skilled mechanics or from what I'm seeing in other reviews maybe should be shut down. They honestly don't deserve any stars but in order to give a review I had to give 1 star ?????

Had a great experience today! The Manager Keith Bush was one of the most pleasant individuals I have ever met. His demeanor and professionalism is top notch. This company is very lucky to have someone like him behind the counter. He is very accommodating to your needs and wants. Couldn't have asked for a better experience...will definitely be coming back and will recommend others because of this individual!

Asked for oil change, completed the service by doing a drain and fill and didnt replace the filter and i was still charged out for a new filter.

Appointments are always way off , last 6-7 months have been horrible here. Had an appointment for inspection sticker for 2 weeks, they call 1 hour before appointment and cancel, get one 1 week later and they reject it for something that wasn't wrong with it a week earlier, call on Thursday guy says come in first thing Saturday and we can do it, get there then guy tells me no, can give you appointment at 11, I was told to be here first thing, always giving the run around, place has become a joke.
