“This place is fantastic.It has a great inventory and, while it took me a bit to find a few items, it was probably more because this was my first time in the store than any real layout issues. You should probably be prepared to find things on your own as the staff is routinely bouncing around getting work done.However, everyone I needed to speak with was great.”

“Katie in the store was wonderful to work with. I am an older woman who does not know much about cell phones. I just knew mine would not take a charge anymore. I knew I needed a new phone but I was worried about the cost & having it fit my budget. Katie put me right at ease. Kate is very down to earth & listen to everything I said. She looked at my plan first & found I could change it to save a little money on my budget & get a new phone for only ten dollars!To the owner or manager please know you have one great employee. “Would like to put in a good word for Zack at Victra Verizon in Derry, NH. While my Customer Experience with Verizon in general has been (at best) mixed, Zack proves to be the exception to the rule. His friendliness, professionalism and obvious commitment to Customer Service is above reproach...and very much appreciated by this customer. It's just a shame that Verizon relies on their "workers in the trenches" to provide the positive Customer Experience that the Company at large appears to be unable/unwilling to implement. “I've been going here for a few years now. I've bought several laptops, a few VR headsets, Apple TVs, a couple iPhones, and many other misc things, including a gold heart bracelet. Never had problems with anything. I returned an iPhone and iPad without any problems. They are very helpful and I think Bernardo has been in every time I go so I know him best. They can also upgrade your current computer.”

“After having another store I paid to transfer my data off my old iPhone 10 to my new 15 incorrectly I went home and tried to do it myself and ended up inadvertently deleting my eSIM and having no service on either phone! I was so distraught but this store spent over an hour of their time and kept pushing and trying different things to help me until I got service back at no charge. They know what they’re doing, highly recommend for good customer service”

“I don't know how I did it, but somehow, I accidentally (thought I had) deleted all of my calendar events on my phone. Online help could not solve the problem, and although I thought I had, I in fact had not backed my phone. Three years past and another three in the future of my (un-backed-up events) gone! Yikes! So, I went to my local T-Mobile store in Londonderry, NH looking for a miracle. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a very nice lady named (I think) Zamaira. She patiently heard me out and indicated that this did not look good, but she summoned her co-worker, (whose name I believe was Angel), to try to help. Together, we conveyed to him what had taken place. This veryknowledgeable fellow understood the problem, and within about 30 seconds, not only fixed the problem, but was able explain to me what went wrong, so that I could avoid any future repeat performance. I was indescribably relieved and grateful! Thank you T-Mobile! So, guess who is setting automatic back-up on all systems right now, tonight? Yup, you bet I am!”

“I got an advertisement from Consumer Cellular in the mail and calculated how much I could save by switching from AT&T so I went to Target to get more information and switch over. After waiting 20 minutes or so for the staff to finish with other customers I gave up and went to the AT&T store. The clerk at the AT&T store found me a plan that met my needs and cost $15 a month less than the plan I would have gotten from Consumer Cellular at Target. If Target weren't short-staffed I would have missed that opportunity. So thanks, Target, your short-staffing saved me a lot of money!”

“I went to this store because I was insanely unsatisfied with AT&T and their BS and was looking for a more affordable phone provider. The associate who helped me, I believe his name was Allam, was very helpful and kind. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. “I went into the Londonderry Verizon twice in the last week. Jenna helped me save 40% on five items and switch two phones from xfinity to Verizon and activate a new line purchase.. I also worked with Steve who helped me trade my old phones in, get my rebates and sign up for my programming.. both representatives were very knowledgeable and professionals, waiting on a 60 year old guy who isn’t that technological savvy.. they were a gods end and gods gift to the elderly.. they deserve a bonus and should be running the store..”

“After a hour and a half waiting on the phone for t-mobile representative... she couldn't verified my identify to set up my e-sim. I had already explained my 'broken' phone could not be turned on so I could not receive her text message to verified whatever code she is sending... T-Mobile as a company need to do better with the verification process for online services/calls. Why make customer set up two step authentication or code verification etc only to send them to the store with an photo id? Especially after waiting a hour and some minutes to get a representative on the phone?? Anyways, I digress. These poor reps at Bridge Street had me walking in 15mins before their store close. If I was them, I'd be annoyed but Wes greeted me and tried to help me. His partner was kind enough to keep trying to when the e-sim wouldn't registered or whatever it does through their system. I truly felt bad and shown up 15min prior to closing. But I was so annoyed with the service I had on the phone & I was without a phone for three days! They stay after store hour closed and they didn't rush me out. I kept apologizing yet they were nice about it and told me no worries. Thanks guys! It was much appreciated!”

Was served by Alex - who managed to get me a great deal for a prepaid SIM and also fix some billing issues that were caused by a sneaky Metro staff from another store who added a $10 insurance charge to my account without my authorisation or knowledge. “We like going to NH for all our phone needs when we are in the area! The staff is always so much friendlier than the staff in any of the locations we go to in RI. Paola was very helpful, had a conversation with us about their services and listened to our needs. She didn’t just rush us to spend money or rush us out of the store, like we were an inconvenience to her time. It was a nice change!! She helped my husband set up his new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and got him set up with a great case! We will come back and hope for her polite service again ?”
