Unbelievable. They received a prescription for compression stocking. On June 15th, I spoke with my doctor. They assured me today( June 28th)That the prescription was sent in. I was told toad that the prescription was to vague.

They are the only company apparently that deals with compression hose. 4 days later and multiple unreturned phone calls, I”m appalled at the lack of service. Not like I want these but I need them and now it’s the weekend so will be a huge delay IF they even call me back. They say they’re “out straight” but 7 days (IF she ever gets back to me) for a medically necessary item is not ok.

After waiting for for days for a competitive company out of Concord to provide equipment so my disabled brother with a hip fracture could get discharged, I called this company. Nancy got this order of a wheelchair and commode for us within an hr before closing. She was our hero. Very sweet, patient with my million calls to her and professional. Thank you so much we are home today

I feel as though I am their only client. They are attentive, knowledgeable, insurance savvy, and empathetic. H & S have made a difficult journey a bit easier. Colin (service person) has a wealth of knowledge and fixes issues in one stop.

What s tough company to be a patient of..making me just through hoops when I can barely walk just to try and discuss things ,and I HATE being RUSHED off the phone oh boy is that rude !maybe make a call to my dr instead of me going without my medication, nope well just send it to an office where no1 is working at and wait for an answer...smh ive had 4 major organs out and none put back in,and even i SHOW RESPECT allways no matter how i feel,never take out my pain(knowing if I make it to 50 I did an amazing job) im allways curtious! Why can't I have that back,its been weeks and havnt heard from the Dr you faxed once THEN GIVE THEM A CALL!DO AS YOU ADVERTIZE ! SIMPLE

Unfortunately I would not recommend this company for durable medical supplies especially anything which you need within 2-3 weeks. We have now dealt with them on two individual occasions where it takes them a week from drop off of prescriptions and all needed insurance information to even start working on a claim. We dropped off new insurance information a week ago, called on Tuesday to see f they started our refill order, Tammy stated she was given the order on Wednesday but called today Friday to ask what supplies we needed again and to say she was now starting to work on a prior authorization. They only have one person in the office that works on setting up the initial claims and getting prior authorization - she is hardly in the office so when you drop off the scripts don't expect your supplies to be worked on right away. Refill orders seem to be better since other people in the office have been trained on refill ordering. I shouldn't as a customer have to wait two weeks to 2.5 weeks from the initial drop off date to have a prescription filled. Since they are now just calling for a prior authorization at 12:00 on a Friday afternoon we will be lucky to get approval forMonday/Tuesday next week then shipping time is anywhere from 3-5 Days. Since they already have the scripts we are letting them move forward because unfortunately at this point we wouldn't get any quicker from somewhere else - we will be looking into Keene Medical,Minuteman Medical, And a few others to stop this from reoccurring. I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for supplies or call 2 -3 weeks in advance for refills to get In a timely manner. If you have another option look into it.
