I was here this morning to learn the proper way to mail letters to Canada. The first man I dealt with was extremely pleasant and helped me in the way he thought worked best. This woman who I assume was the manager, came out and acted all perturbed that I was there. I handed her the customs forms I was told to fill out by the previous employee. She then SCOLDED me for holding up the line. There was one other person there... She then brought me into her office to show me how to use their website and then decided after going through the process that I could just buy an international stamp. Seems that no one knew what they were doing and I went there SAYING I HAD NO IDEA... Most unpleasant experience I've ever had.

The phone prompts are confusing.I was unable to speak to anyone who could helped via telephone..when a person answered, she was quite arrogent actually. They sent me to take a survey , without helping me at all..

Anita provided an absolute world class customer service experience, helping me recover missing Amazon packages, helping me bring them to my car (because I had my 10mo old daughter) and providing me with a change of address form and verbally walking me through everything I needed to do. I am so grateful for her!

Without fail, I have never in the 5 years that I've lived in my apartment received any package sent to me through USPS. Not a single one. All other mail carriers have reached me without fail, be it UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc, but USPS is the only mail service that has been consistent in never delivering a single package to me. It's also never successfully delivered any packages or letters that I've sent through them either. If there was a way to stop all online purchases and gifts being sent to me from using USPS, I would take that option in a heartbeat because of how reliably unreliable they are. I advise everyone to avoid USPS whenever possible.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Always always terrible attitudes and refuse to deliver Amazon packages (and others) if the recipient doesn’t use a hillsboro address EVEN THOUGH the recipient is on their route! Tracking states that they “return item to seller” but the package will sit in the back “lost” for weeks. Someone from the regional office needs to get this place squared away. Recipient chooses to use Henniker for the sole reason of this ongoing BS!!! Get your sh!t together.

To the employee who waited on me and others today; I don’t know your name, and honestly even if I did I wouldn’t personally call you out by it because that wouldn’t fix or be the point of what I am about to say. I stood in line today waiting for my turn and I couldn’t help but overhear your conversation with the gentleman you were waiting on. My heart sank hearing the way in which you were speaking to him. You refused to even listen to what he was saying. When he calmly repeated himself you angrily said “that’s something that needs to be handled by this lady” (pointing to your fellow worker) and proceeded to point to the end of the line to wait ... AGAIN. Whether it was truthfully an issue that you were not authorized to handle (it wasn’t by the way), you condescended this customer, this gentleman, and I had to look around to see if what I was seeing and hearing was really happening as well if anyone else was as disgusted as I was.

I was waiting in line to get to the counter. I was second in line. I looked away for a split second and while I wasn’t looking, the person in front of me walked away. The guy behind the counter yells “Hello?!” at me. Could have been more friendly, and they always lose my packages.

Lazy, astoundingly late, left brand new computer in box on ground in front of porch, and left, not even knock. Moved mailboxes from bottom of streets to accross a lake (.25 miles to 15 miles) just because they were to lazy to deal with more than 1 drop point. No wonder why they are going bankrupt. Go FedEx or UPS.
