“Wonderful and amazing service...!!!!!! Prompt response was provided and great quality of service and products. Fixed my phone which was cracked and they made it like brand new when I received it back, wherein Apple Store was not ready to fix my phone and wanted to sell me a new one. Very happy with the service Raj provided. The screen protectors work great. Dropped the phone several times and it saves my phone screen from breaking and I would replace the glass screen protector under warranty. The best place to trust on.”

“I give 5 stars after having an opportunity to have one of the best sales reps I have ever met, her name is Sydney, navigate and fix my suspended acct. I had some technical issues regarding a new business acct and she worked extremely hard and stayed late getting my lines back active. She was direct, very knowledgeable as well as an incredible listener. She never interrupted me after my 5 hour horrible experience at the Salem Mall store. If I could give more stars I would and she is the exact person I would want representing my brand. Thank you Sydney, they should give you that store!”

“REALLY?? Joe Provencher From T-MOBILE STORE IN THE ROCKINGHAM MALL TEAM OF EXPERT'S ? Is JUST That ? ??PERCENT AMAZINGLY qualified team of experts but Joe the manager I've known him for years he runs that whole T-Mobile store in the Rockingham Mall and he knows his customers as well as he knows about his cell phone he's the best thing that hit T-Mobile he's gone above and beyond to help me my family for years I go from Lowell all the way to Rockingham just bought the service at that store when I got T-Mobile in Lowell on Chelmsford Street a half a mile from my home but I won't they're all young kids that don't know what they're doing? Joe goes out of his way like he just did November 30th when I got my granddaughter a new iPhone tablet her iPad then she changed her mind after 3 hours of him helping us set it up purchasing it putting all the apps on it cuz she's only 11, she wanted the Samsung tablet so right on the spot as they getting ready to close at 8:30 at night he stayed so 11:00 with us to exchange the iPad for a Samsung tablet because he is truly about his customers Joe from T-Mobile at the Rockingham Mall that's the way to go you go Joe you go you flow Joe you flow Joe! “My fiancé and I came in to upgrade to the new iPhone 15 this past weekend. We've been loyal with Verizon since we opened a plan together almost 6 years ago. We had the iPhone 12 Pro Max and were initially going to keep the same model, but after comparing the Pro Max to the new Plus, it was a no-brainer to go with the Plus. It is the same size and cheaper, and we didn't care for the 5x zoom camera, so it made the decision easier.Alberto serviced us and he was amazing. We called ahead and spoke with him and then he took care of us while we were there. We went into the back and found the only 2 Plus models they had left; and even found me a blue Titanium Pro Max and I almost changed my mind! I told him to hang onto it and make someone else's day. I was having issues with my iCloud Backup, and Alberto assured there were going to be no issues - and he was right! He transferred everything over to our new phones swiftly and easily, and made the entire experience simple. He alerted us that we had an insanely good trade-in value, so we convinced ourselves to splurge a little with new cases. He also told us to give Verizon billing a call to see if they could waive the new phone fees since we've been loyal customers for so long - another great tip! They removed the fees within one live chat session.If you're looking to get into Verizon for new phones, you HAVE to go to the location in Methuen in the Loop complex and see Alberto. You won't be disappointed!”

“Have a couple iPhones with Consumer Cellular and performed the QR Code E-Sim install (the switch from T-Mobile to AT&T piggyback cell tower network) using telephone support everything went very smoothly. After the switch my wife could not call me! Kept going direct to a message my mailbox is not setup! After 2 days of pulling my hair out with telephone support and I don't have any hair my CC rep made an appointment at this Target Mobile location. I consider myself very tech savvy what can they do that I can't? Turns out there was a conflict between the E-Sim install and old physical Sim Card in each phone. When Jacob viewed settings/cellular he could see the old Sim's and immediately removed our cases and took out the old physical Sim Cards, then the extra Sim’s could be deleted from settings/cellular! Like magic my wife can call me now everything working great! The next day I did have to reset my mailbox again and I lost my Visual Voicemail. Two More calls to CC help (make sure you get troubleshooting) my Visual Voicemail was restored! Kudos to Jacob at Target Mobile 203 S Broadway, Salem, NH location CC do not lose Jacob and give him a raise!”
