Great place to do business with!
Under new ownership, they are pleasant, and very helpful in working with us as homeowners. We have bought pavers, stone dust, as well as bark mulch from them.
More products than ever before ! Thanks

Very assistive and kind service. Stone choices presented very nicely. Explained details of stones they carry. Although this place does not carry the stones we need, they assisted on finding another place that may carry them.

Ordered wood pellets. They couldn’t deliver what I ordered. They sent me a pallet of pellets with water damage. I had to bring about 15 bags back for a refund. They are great at landscaping materials, but terrible at wood pellets. Premium price and terrible execution. Hopefully they get it right in the future.Edit: Pro Landscape: suggestions, absolutely thank you for asking. 1. Don’t take full payment for a product that you didn’t have in inventory or had no confirmed delivery date from manufacturer. You had my money for two months 2. The pallet that you delivered should have been unwrapped and inspected for water damage. It was a known issue that other pallets from this manufacturer (black stone) had water damage. 3. Store the pellets inside a covered structure in your yard. My preference is to shop small local businesses like yours.

I had an Xfinity subcontractor trench a new service line from the other side of the street and diagonally across my front lawn. The subcontractor spread approximately 100 ft x 8 ft of "loam" from PRO Landscape and seeded. The next door neighbors and across-the-street neighbor also had areas affected by the dig, and "loam" was also spread and seeded there as well. The grass sprouted, and quickly died. Upon inspection, I found a huge amount of rocks and broken glass. More concerning was the cause of the die-off - a significant grub infestation with 10-20 grubs found PER SQ FT. All of our lawns are regularly maintained and treated for grubs and showed no signs of the pests prior to this dig. And ONLY the areas where PRO Landscape "loam" was used died off, in straight lines.I called PRO Landscape and left a message for Alan, the owner, to discuss this situation and got noresponse at all.Subcontractor came back out, and made things right. They raked up the garbage loam from PRO Landscape, and they too were shocked by the amount of rocks and broken glass. And they spread new loam and reseeded, this time from a provider in Pembroke.Don't waste your money or time with PRO Landscape. Not only is their product junk, but they didn't stand behind it. If I could give zero stars I would.

They care more about money than the customerI didn’t realize there were two different kinds of Hemlock mulch. I realized this when the person loading my truck said I was at the wrong pile. I asked if I could switch. He got on the radio and checked; after talking he said it was no problem and it was actually cheaper. He said to go square up with the office after he loaded. Upon walking in I said sorry I didn’t realize there was two kinds. He said it’s ok and said another employee would help with the refund. He asked if I had an account so he could give me a credit. I said I didn’t have an account could he just put it back on the card. With a big shrug and sigh, the employee said it will cost him money to return it to my card and made it into a big issue. I said returning to my card is a problem? He said “yeah we loose money“ There was no foul language on my part, I said if it’s that big of a deal you can keep the difference and walked out. Such a minor thing, made difficult. No worries, I won’t be back.

I didn't find the person working at the front desk to be very helpful. Also, I sent them an email over a week ago and have not received a reply.UPDATE:It didn't take long to respond to a two star review however. :/I'll add one star since I understand how everyone is having a difficult time getting good help. I don't want the newly hired person getting in trouble. Maybe they just need a little time and additional training.
