The delivery of our storage box could not have gone better. The delivery driver Kevin was prompt and very professional. The container was placed exactly where we wanted it and Kevin set it up so that it would shed any water and also explained the features of the container. The container is in like new condition and very clean inside. We would definitely get one again if we need one in the future.

Chris made getting the box so easy. I ended up needing 2 boxes but again, no problem!
Then Ken dropped off mi box. He was so professional & made it all look so easy. Moving is stressful but Chris & Ken made it all easier for us. Thank you!

I needed a storage box for a couple of months while I cleaned out our home of 45 years. MI-box was an economical and secure solution. Their staff was courteous and thoughtful about placement of the box. If I need a box in the future, I will definitely call them.

I called a popular company and got 10 minute computer message before I got and agent. the accent was so thick I couldn't understand the person. Then I googled it and found Mi-Box!!! Instant pick up and I got Hello, This is Ashley, how can I help you? very friendly, I order the 8' x 8' 16'. Professional and courteous!!!! I cannot say enough of how excellent this company is. I found out there are two phone people, two truck drivers and two owners. The driver Steve was very friendly and professional. He'll place the bus wherever you want!!! When I was all done, it was a pickup of the box was the next day!!! AND all for more that $200 less than the big company. Definitely a 5 star company!!!!!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for storage container. My sales rep Chris was always friendly and patient with all my questions (and there were many) LOL. The delivery man Ken not only took the time to call me as he walked down the driveway to ask how we wanted the box placed, he sent me a video afterwards!!! Both men we’re wonderful to work with!!! A+++++
