This place is a hidden treasure trove. If you love history and old books, this place is fantastic. Most of it are books on military history, but there’s a lot of books on local history, old fiction novels, and biographies of historical figures. The owner is incredibly friendlyand Knowledgeable.

incredible selection of used older books. fantastic to look through and i couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they all are!! if you are looking for a particular topic i’m sue they have something, but would also be a great place to cultivate a particular style of collection of antique books for show. the worker was a very nice man. they also have old maps.

I've been shopping here for several years. Excellent military history section, more books about General Custer and Battle of the Little Big Horn than you can shake a stick at. In addition (more in my wheelhouse) an excellent aviation history section. This includes military and civilian aviation. Prices are more or less in line with most online shops. That said, I'd prefer to walk in and browse a small book store any day over looking online. My wife is a librarian and often finds interesting options related to her field in there. We usually go on a Saturday and make a day trip of it. There are a couple of decent local restaurants and a nice little downtown area with all sorts of shops. If you're in the mood for a burger while you're in town check out Lexie's!

Great used book shop with a good selection, especially if you're interested in Military history, but they definitely have something for everyone. Prices were competitive with what you'd find online as well.

Very experienced and knowledgeable booksellers. The focus is on history, especially military history, and printing. Many unusual books. It is a real pleasure to meet sellers so passionate about books.

A eccentric, little gem of a bookshop. The proprietors are deeply knowledgeable on the book trade, and the stock has topical depth of a sort that's nearly impossible to find in a brick and mortar store.

Used bookstore specializing in books about books (publishing, printing, typography, literary history) and military aviation. But they have a good selection of many other kinds of books. If you're looking for military books, this is the place.

(Translated by Google) I ordered from this site, the order took a long time to arrive, but the choice is wide with rare books. When I reported my reception difficulties, the shop manager acted quickly and efficiently.

Incredible selection of military reference and history material. Whatever your area of interest, from Civil War to present day, there is something there for you. We were blown away by the collection of books and other materials. If you have an interest in military history, this is a must see.

Searched for a local title book on eBay recently. Found it, sold by a local book shop. Wanted to go to the shop to actually purchase instead of online transaction. Save them eBay fees and me shipping right. Sounds great right. Wrong. Entered the bookshop. I see a woman behind the desk. I ask for the book. We don't have it. I say well it is local history. We don't have it. Are you sure I see it on your eBay page? We don't have an eBay page. Husband comes in. I continue to speak about the book I am wanting to purchase. Not something we would sell. We don't have it. No, we do not carry that. No, we do not have it. (I am scrolling to find the post on line showing them selling the book on eBay) NO not us, try another book store. I find the page. The book is being sold on line on eBay by C-o-l-o-p-h-o-n Book shop. That is, you......your store on eBay is it not? ............Well yes. Here see.... (I hold my phone showing the eBay page) .... oh...........He gets the book.......I paid the eBay price for the book in cash 20.00. I left...........NO apology no I am so sorry.......NO nothing. No thanks for your business. What a mistake this was. This store should not be open to the public. They are the two rudest people I have ever met. Unreal. This is not the first time I have come to this store and received the same rude attitude. They should stick to online transactions. I should have purchased on line, they would have been charged a fee from eBay as well. Horrible people. Which I am sure they will enjoy reading this review. We walked around town and spoke to other shop owners in and around theirs. Seems everyone knows of this extremely rude couple. One business owner actually moved a few doors down from them only to get further away from them. How sad.
