Very pleased with the customer service here. I bought an Ego weedwhacker through the Ace website and it quit functioning properly after only a few months so I took it in, not expecting much help after not getting any from the Ego customer service line, but the nice guy at Arjay's took a look at it and ended up replacing the tool, no questions asked. I will definitely be shopping here in the future and avoiding the big box stores, where knowledgable and friendly help seems hard to come by!

Arjay Ace Hardware on Lincoln Ave. in Exeter, NH is a great local place that has an offering of anything that the big box stores have, and are staffed by friendly and knowledgeable people who know the inventory and just where to find its location. From screws to snowblowers and drills to grills, there is a vast array of products for everyone. Plenty of parking.
