We needed to vacate an apartment within a few days when we discovered a biological hazard that needed specialized handling. The owner of ServPro Derry came over immediately to assess the situation and sent a team over the next day. The technicians were very efficient and professional. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Arrived 15 minutes late. Deodorizing left a STRONG, lingering chemical smell throughout the house that was far more offensive than the smoke smell being treated. Couch cleaning was barely noticeable and couch was still damp hours later with multiple puddles of dirty brown water left sitting on the hardwood floor. Since we had to air out (for HOURS) and clean up after them, I’m anything but a happy customer.

After having had a successful experience with ServPro of Derry a few years ago, we hired them again to clean up the water damage from the 12/18/23 torrential downpour that flooded our basement. The team arrived on time, were professional, knowledgeable, happy to answer our questions and concerns, and – above all, even after being on call for over 2 weeks due to the rain – they were cheerful! An incredible team. : ) The supervisor for the project, Josh, went over every detail of our basement, including ideas for what may be helpful to avoid the issue from happening again. Servpro has worked on our house twice now in the past three years and has done an outstanding job both times. They’ve gotten the job done well and quickly and cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves. I’m grateful for a company like Servpro being available when you’re in the middle of a disaster in your home. It helps alleviate some stress knowing they’re on the job.

Jum Lyndes owner was so great,he supervised the whole job by sending in some great sub contractors and the job was completed in two weeks.SoNh plumbing was excellent, Rosario Construction was quick,professional and hard working. I could not say anything better about the whole situation.

Jum, Julie, Josh and there team ARE AMAZING!!!! I HAD AN EMERGENCY at my house and they responded very quickly... Very professional!!!! Excellente customer service & communicated everything perfect!!! What I love about them is that they came out the same day and gave me a free estimate and knowing they had a busy schedule they still came out to give me a free quote.The very next day they came and completed my job. Very Amazing people!!!
