My boy brought his truck in for an inspection they failed him for wipers (his wipers were fine and replaced 6 month prior) they charged him over $60 for new wipers that do not work at all. It’s not even a heavy rain. We will never use them for inspection again.

They hire people with little to no experience. It's difficult to explain to someone what you're looking for when even the MOD isn't interested in learning/helping out and walks away to the back room. For special order parts, the customer now has to pay shipping? Whatever happened to "convenience" and "customer service"? If I'm going to YOU for the part, and YOU don't have it in stock, YOU should provide the service of getting it for me even if it means a mark up on the part itself. Don't mark it up because it's a special order THEN charge me for shipping. It's a very common Vehicle with a very common part that goes bad. It SHOULD be in stock or available at another location.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment/tire rotation/repair nail in tire. They got wheel alignment part right but never fixed the nail in my tire but still got charged for it. Oh and I had some loose Lugnuts as well. Won’t be going back, recently heard they could be closing ??♂️

People shouldn't have to pay extremely high costs if your parts don't last even 6 months with a 3 year warranty, Then receive only 60days on the replacement,That is called Fraud!

Ordered and got the wrong part. Ordered side step for my Silverado and it was for a crew cab not extended. Just have to bring them back and reorder. Fist time it's happened. Still love O'Reilly auto parts!!

They are pretty quick with getting parts.I wish they would write down the numbers, they try to remember them and ALWAYS end up coming back.tonthe computer to get it right. Parts are good quality for the house brand , precision.
