Been trying to get my car inspected since April. Have had to hold their hand every step of the way. Never had such an unprofessional experience with any business. Shouldn't have to cold start my own car to reset readings, shouldn't have to find parts for them because they can't be asked to drive up to Louden road to get them, shouldn't have to call them every week to ask if they're still planning on fixing anything, shouldn't have to go to AutoZone every other day to check my engine light because Unfranchised has no idea what to do next. You're better off with any other shop in Concord.

I've been bringing my car to Unfranchised since 2019. I've been very happy with the service I receive here. I get my annual inspections done here and other repairs as needed. Couple times they have fit me in on very short notice when I had urgent issues, such as when my alternator died late at night on my way home from work. I asked AAA to tow my car straight there and left a voicemail explaining. They got it fixed the next day and also fixed another issue with my belt that they noticed while replacing the alternator. So far I have paid what I feel is reasonable prices for the work done.

Don’t go here if you’re in search of quality workmanship. Unless you like duct tape, zip ties, and unpainted Bondo. I drive my vehicle every day, and every day I regret my decision to have let them work on my vehicle.

Absolutely DO NOT get a vehicle inspected here. They failed my car’s inspection due to supposedly needing new rear brake pads and rotors and claimed my pads would be gone within 2 weeks. I took my car to someone who I actually know and trust, and my brake pads and rotors are actually 100% fine, and could’ve lasted me, at minimum, another year. They tried charging me $440 to do just my rear brakes, even though there’s nothing wrong with them. Not very happy with this company or location. Horrible people. Also, I bet if I was a man they wouldn’t have tried to tell me that…. They saw a 20 year old woman and tried scamming me out of $440+.Service: Vehicle safety inspection
