Sue at Teddy's Tees has been an absolute pleasure to work with for our recent order of 31 custom-made t-shirts. Teddy's Tees has been working with the Advanced Studies Program (a summer program for local NH high school students) for years now, and our program keeps working with them for good reason: Teddy's Tees is thorough, reliable and they are always attentive to our needs. Most notably, Sue and Teddy's Tees went above and beyond this year when our t-shirt order needed to be adjusted due to an error that we made with our original proof. When one of our interns at the program made a small mistake with the final proof for the t-shirt, Sue and Teddy's Tees did not make a big deal about the problem, despite the responsibility of the error falling squarely on our shoulders: we had made a mistake with the original proof, the shirts had been printed, and the error was clearly our fault (and not Teddy's Tees's fault). In fact, Sue and Teddy's Tees offered to reprint the shirts, fixing our mistake, and helping to ensure that all of our students would be happy and satisfied with the final product. So, in a world when the ease of making custom shirts online is awfully tempting, it's the customer support and general kindness at Teddy's Tees that make working with them such a more pleasant experience. This level of support is rare to find these days! Cheers to Sue and Teddy's Tees for rising well above the expectations and norms

this was my first experience with a print shop and i don't think it could've gone any better. extremely quick turn around, sent designs and provided blanks two weeks in advance and they were done on time. embroidery was perfect, screen prints & transfers were high quality. communication was great, Sue knows her stuff. will be going back in the future. thanks again!

I have been using Teddy's Tees screen printing and embroidery services for over a year now! They have always been so polite, accommodating, and quick with their work. I have had dozens of shirt screen printed for work and several articles embroidered and I couldn't be happier with their level of work!

Went there today during lunch time, I've driven by it for like 6 years and have never gone inside. I brought in a photo of a place my daughter and i visited last summer. They were very helpful and did a great job on the shirt and also very friendly. I had a little bit of a time crunch on me for when i needed the shirt by which was for the end of the day and they accommodated that deadline. A big thank you!
