“I had a late bike order and had no expectations about receiving it before Christmas but S&W made it happen!Sam helped me with my pick up who was great.I had a small issue at pick up where the bike's firmware was upgraded to class 3 when I had wanted to stay on the class 1 firmware. I didn't make a stink about it and even mentioned being ok picking it up after Christmas but they immediately corrected the issue even though they were working on other last minute items.Incredible people here”
