“There is never a line...mainly because the techs are so fast. This is a family atmosphere that makes you feel welcome even if you are picking up something to get "RID" of crabs. (not me, just saying...) I wish they were closer to concord, but its worth the drive to Penacook. When you walk in, you will notice, like, right away and ask yourself, "Why is everyone that works here good looking?", as you're picking up toe fungus meds or stretch mark cream.”
“Love Sam's. The groceries and the gas. Love the fact that you can use the scan and go option at the gas pumps. Excellent idea. One issue I had at the pump. On very sunny days, it's impossible to use the scan and go due to the sun causing issues with the scan mechanism. I always try to find a pump in the shade. This always helps and I'm able to use the scan and go function. The attendant was extremely helpful. She even went above and beyond by going to her station, getting a piece of cardboard to block the sun. This didn't work because the sun was low in the sky and very intense. I still appreciate her help. She was wonderful. I didn't get her name but she definitely gets a 5 star rating from me.”

Customers are also more courteous than at Market Basket on Fort Eddy Rd. because at Hannaford, most wear masks, keep distance, and follow directions. MB atmosphere is less welcoming and less safe. “This little slice of Sam's Club is greatly missed. On a busy shopping day, it has been an easy and affordable way to feed the family on the way out the door. Unfortunately with staffing issues, it has been a very unreliable place to enjoy a quick bite. The food was always tasty, predictable, and the price couldn't be beat. Pizzas, pretzels, hotdogs and sweet treats after a Sam's Club haul need to make a come back! I hope that it becomes more of a priority.”
